Thank you for your reply. This video was created for middle school students, so we use the traditional methods of folding (accordion and concertina terms are used interchangably). Some artists may choose to add sewing, but it's not necessary with this style of book.

That's just a accordion book. A concertina is just think short folds that signature doled paper can be sewed between the slits.
