Instead of gluing both ends into the book, you can glue in strips of paper on one or both ends (like a belly band) and slip the end pages of the accordion paper into it. That way, you can have access to both sides of the accordion pages, you can pull the accordion paper out whenever you want to work on it, yet the end pages can be securely stored in the book temporarily when you are not working on it or looking at it. I thought I saw you do this on a bigger accordion book tutorial video.

Does the book board edge get covered completely when cutting a corner that close?
yes, you only need two or 3 mm to cover the corner
Why do you make a concertina if you don't use thé inside? Love the idea but maybe better to make it in different way 😊
