This is ultimately my favourite all time piece of music and every time I hear Gary play it it brings a tear to my eye, I have heard hundreds of covers of this and they are all lacking the pure emotion that Gary portrayed. Your wrong on a couple of accounts, let me explain.......the young lady is an excellent guitarist and played the actual notes very well, however, there is so much more to being a performer than simply playing the correct notes. If you doubt what I say search for the "finest guitar solo ever" along with the Maestro's name. You will see Gary wring every single ounce of emotion out of himself and the guitar live on stage. As technically well played as this song could be. The best playing was during the fade out ,while she was improvising, when we get to hear Tina! Not just her playing a cover, but her! The real Tina. Want to hear more of her in these songs. She is so monterously talented that keeping her tied to playing others music is holding her back. The teenage years are often the most creative. I want to hear the Artist Tina S, not just the performer. I know its waiting to explode from her if it doesnt implode due to keeping it locked inside. Unleash the creativity Tina!
Fine tone painting. I imagined lonely places...wandering...a light breeze when Tina first posted this. I still think it is a beautiful, unique, and soulful cover. Nothing quite like it.
Tina, I really watching the way you play. Magnificent, brilliant, talented, and I feel all your inner emotion in everything you play. Yes, you are greatly missed. Whatever you are doing now, follow your heart and dreams. I wish you the best in life and all the wonderful things that comes your way. Hope to see you back on the tube.

There are two type of artist. The first is medicore, an artisan doing well his or her job getting mostly positive comments. The second is loved by many, and hated by others. These artists are like shining pearls that climb above rest. It is not only about their technique, but this internal presence that is expressed through their playing. She definitively belongs to the latter. Such people are inspiration to others - people love them becuase they not only express their soul by their art by also motivates to work harder to push yourself beyond your limits. These people are also hated by others, simpy because those haters when watch they can see their reflection - how miserable and jealous they are, how lazy their are devoting not enough time to practicing. About comments on her feelings - sorry, but she has more feelings in her playing than many of those haters will have in their entire life. If you can`t discern it, this only means you are one of them. And if you didn`t know, the feelings are not expressed only by face. One eye look may mean more than a thousand those facial expression.
If I had my eyes closed and someone told me this was Gary Moore playing, I'd have a hard time not believing them. He had such a distinct way of playing, I saw him live a few times and he was awesome. This cover does you credit and him great tribute, awesome work :)
I know right? Been watching this incredibly talented kid for a couple years now, and maybe it's just me, but in a lot of her stuff I get the distinct impression that she'd rather be somewhere else. Not necessarily that she's being 'forced' to do anything, but her facial expressions a lot of times seem apprehensive to me...or aggravated at someone. I dunno, but it would be fantastic if we saw some more current stuff from her, she's got an undeniable talent!
@@randomprecisionmotors3130 Sometimes I think of the Paco di Lucia syndrome who was forced from very early on in his life to practice 12 hours a day!!! Practice has not made Tina mechanical; she has the passion, the incredible talent that I have honestly not seen in my 70 years of life and 55 years of playing guitar, and I have seen and met a lot of them. The way she coordinates both her hands for maximum efficiency in speed, sweeps, rakes, bends, pull offs, hammer ons and slides creates arpeggios of incredible accuracy. There is never a hesitation which finger has to hit what note, her finger memory is out of this world. Which of course points at an enormous amount of time invested. She is more than special and I can only hope that she has not lost the love for music.
She is so good that I occasionally have to re-listen to this, and I normally do not like this kind of music. Her left hand is so good I have to wonder how good a violinist or cellist she could have been. Great violinists abound, but a du Pré caliber cellist?
@@djw6430 Or she could be like Randy Rhodes was. He was in 2 Heavy Metal bands, but really wanted to play Classical Guitar, or she coulda just had other interests she wants to pursue, who knows? But her disappearance was sort of abrupt...

For the so called experts saying she doesn't play with emotion. There is no way she could play these songs without passion. they are intrinsic to the song/music itself.
@@bobs8942 right, and it's not her Art anyway. Showing emotion is good at a venue to get a crowd going (sometimes, on that type of music). I admire her manner on her videos, without any antics.

+razorjules I read 100+ comments and havent seen a single "sexist idiot" bashing her... just praise... what are you talking about, you're acting like it's really common..
She has quite a metal approach in every song which makes her recognizable. What I liked the most in this song were the times when she was using some artistic freedom instead of playing very true to the original song. For me, little surprises and different arrangements in cover songs are the reason of doing covers.
+Sledge72au True, and there might be several reasons for the lack of chills 1) Background is less carefully produced than in the original track 2) Guitar is mixed higher than background instruments (this is more of a virtuosity demonstration, not a fully produced track) 3) Nostalgy, never underestimate this
+Olli Leino I agree with the underestimation of the nostalgia aspect. With my favourite music from years ago, it doesn't matter how many versions I hear by the original artists, if it's not the exact track which I used to listen to, it doesn't hit the spot--it doesn't take me back. It's almost as if the original has been planted in my genes.
+Jack Frost the problem for me is i had never heard the original,i heard tinas version and then seek the original...i do believe she plays it better because it hits my bones
Que bella interpretación de ese magnífico tema, se me han puesto los vellos cómo escarpias y que orgullo de ver gente así de joven que aprecian la música y la valoran, sigue así y no lo dejes nunca. Un fuerte abrazo.

This has been one of my 3 or 4 favorite covers from Tina from the beginning. When comments surfaced saying that she didn't put enough emotion into it I laughed. Since I didn't want to get into a comparison mode at the time I just let it go. That was then and this is now. My ears tell me that she created a stronger emotion than the original and it yielded exactly what I believe she wanted to showcase. She captured the feelings of a loner. Tina was able to create a unique version and yet one that honors Gary's writing talents. That is what her covers do. They honor the original artists.
Not enough emotion?? This is so amazing. I haven't listened to Gary Moore but I can feel the emotion of the loner here. I am sure I won't like the original as much if I listen to it now though.
The hands of an angel most excellent guitar playing I seen in a long time I've just learned to play with others on my guitar it's a rush but that girl could play with anyone and smoke them.
Well said, indeed. She's a brilliant musician, kicking serious ass on guitar, rather than using her body to impress (even though she's obviously beautiful).
I got a playlist with only the man himself on,never ever thought about putting anyone else on it,before now,and for me that is the biggest honor i can give to another guitarist playing one of his songs.I hope you are still out there playing that guitar Tina, and if you ever choose to cover another of Gary's songs please let me know,i would love to hear it,merci :o)
A few already commented on the "no feeling" in her music. Even if you are not crying in the funeral, does not mean you are feeling any less sad. You might react as you, not as everyone else expect you to react. If you get angry at someone, they might smile at you. Which is a nervous reaction. So those guitarists on stage giving you feeling might not feel as much as you think, but they express their music with their entire body. Maybe we are used to this I don't know, however when I listen to comfortably numb, a tear might appear if my mood is set to. Music is art, when it hits it hit. That is a fantastic feeling. I am an audio nerd, and I can't see Gilmour when he solo's the comfortably numb, but I can listen, as I do with Tina S, and enjoy their musical emotions that fills my living room with fantastic music.
Tina S. is the best Hands down and can play anyone she coses to play and do it so well.I can close my eyes and it sounds just like Gary Moore to the max on this rendition. You give Tina anything, she will make it her own, even better.

The fan blowing her hair looks like it's bothering her. I personally love it it when her hair just hangs. Love watching you play Tina! I could listen to your solos all day long!
Excellent rendition Tina! Thank-you. The maestro himself could not do a better performance. A fitting tribute to the late Gary Moore by a musical prodigy. Your talent from a young age is truly amazing.
Please stop telling about vibratos and overdrive used in the cover. If you want IDENTICAL performance like GM, just go and play GM. This is Tina's heart and soul and I love and admire it. Tina, you are my guitar GODDESS. I'm pretty sure majotity of you cannot even approach to her playing style and technique.
To me, this is the loneliest of the Loner covers. Tina has captured the feeling beautifully and efficiently. The bend at 3:30 may be the most heartrending and beautifully lonely bend ever.
I don't have enough adjectives to describe how great she is. I hope that life doesn't ruin her. just imagine what her skills and musicality will be like when she is in her 20s and 30s and beyond!

It is said that she returned to her home in another galaxy, her work visa and passport expired, only in this way can the inexplicable be explained. Her Majesty Tina S was born to play the guitar, she is a virtuoso, an unimaginable and unattainable talent, Mexico
As I said on another video Guys, you seriously can not compare her to other artist such as Hendrix. She is her own unique artist who is not only talented but who I believe may be a protege. She is focused not bored she is passionate not dull, so until you are perfect get off of her case.

Really hope she's doing well, be really nice to see a come back.
Superb guitarist. I'm not happy reading that someone said she is a sloppy player. She rips on the guitar. I play guitar myself. Not even close to what she plays.
YES, PLEASE TINA, A COMEBACK!!! WE WANT A COMEBACK!!!!🤘🤘🤘🤘👍👍👍👍
This outstanding artist's videos should be shown to young schoolgirls as they are truly inspirational.
Most kids these days don't care for music they just listen to pop
She certainly Is an inspiration to me to get better at guitar and carry on

School girls these days are too busy dying their hair all colors of rainbow or are looking for things to be offended about or are learning about a million of sexual perversions forced upon them by Common Core, (while becoming true left libtards), or are discovering a true beauty of being one of the 50+ genders on Facebook in a never-ending-gender-salad, while hating all white men, starting with Trump. There's no time for them left in the day to either adequately study or learn how to play an instrument -- ANY instrument.

Fantastic love it no words 🎸😎 amazing Tina s
Iv'e Watched you play this at least 100 times and I'm still blown away at your incredible connection to the guitar! You make me go WOW every time! Thanks for the Thrills!
It's not just the speed it's the impeccable timing. The technique is, of course, superb, and I love the way space is filled with interesting sounds.
I never get tired watching and listening to Tina S. I love you girl!
I keep coming back to her version. It’s my favorite. She is so emotive on those strings.
I could close my eyes and listen to this all day.....Excellent....
The passion and power in this performance is intense. Shivers down my spine and tears to my eyes, literally
Stupid bloody onions!
I need to listen to this version about once a week, and when I do, I want to turn it on every day for the next six days 🎸
well said .
Fine tone painting. I imagined lonely places...wandering...a light breeze when Tina first posted this. I still think it is a beautiful, unique, and soulful cover. Nothing quite like it.
I play this so often, love it !! She’s such a master of the guitar.
This is one of the covers that actually reached into my soul, and danced around with my feelings.. Tina, you are such a gift.. I surely hope you're doing well and living life to the fullest!
What ever happened to Tina S.
She been M.I.A for awhile. One of the greatest guitar player's. She's just got it , endless talent.
I love Tina s. Let's all pray to God that she comes back to us on TH-cam.
I honestly don't think she speed's up any videos / recordings. She can I play fast slow or whatever. I also think tons of people are just crushed. Because of how good Tina really is.
If you consider her age, 2019 is about the time she'd be graduating high school and going to college. So, I'm sure she's just busy with life and adult responsibilities now.
@Gor3 RS now that you mention it, I've always noticed how some of this footage seems edited. Maybe it is true.
Probably focusing on university, as she'll be 21 this year.
Tina is one incredible and gifted guitar player! She has great chops and speed to match along with great sound! Thank you Tina for sharing!
In her performing style (and, I suspect, in general) the adage "Still waters run deep" applies to Tina.
Well said
Sorry but you can't officially be an artist until you compose something

What the hell are you talking about, who hates hendrix, page, blackmore, rhoads. By your definition kesha is a shiny frickin pearl.
If I had my eyes closed and someone told me this was Gary Moore playing, I'd have a hard time not believing them. He had such a distinct way of playing, I saw him live a few times and he was awesome. This cover does you credit and him great tribute, awesome work :)
Gary's style is way sloppier and imprecise. He couldn't play his own solos correctly.
@@ID.SuperFan-tq8xithat is completely untrue
That is what I call Perfection !!! Stable and clear on every single note. Perfect Vibrato too !!!
Великий Gary Moоre))) Божественная мелодия, девушка умничка)))
And with that the world's most incredibly talented guitarist disappears from the limelight and Gary cries
@@kitfisto2347 hey, go fuck your self!

We are already happy with the thought that you will be returning one day 🥰 these videos are still priceless. Thank you 🙏
I can’t stop watching this. Or her videos in general. Her playing is so hypnotic.
If she ever does anything by Randy, I am not sure if I can handle it.
Still... I so wish she could do one. Anything. Revelation, Over the Mountain, I Don’t Know, Mr. Crowley.
Any Randy at all would be amazing.
Here’s to a quiet Christmas wish : )
This is so good I can feel it in my soul. You are so incredible and talented . ❤
This is how the song was meant to be played..holy smokes. Phenomenal job. I am incredibly critical about covers but you are incredible! 20 years I’ve been playing and this got me right in the feels ..Thank you for invoking that
For the so called experts saying she doesn't play with emotion. There is no way she could play these songs without passion. they are intrinsic to the song/music itself.
NO EXPERT ever said she doesn't play with emotion. Only "Wannabes"
@@bobs8942 right, and it's not her Art anyway. Showing emotion is good at a venue to get a crowd going (sometimes, on that type of music). I admire her manner on her videos, without any antics.
@@passiveaggressivenegotiato8087 BINGO! And I’ve said it before - What do the viewers want of her? To jump around and do contortions like some heavy metal player juicing up an audience of 15-year-olds? She “OWNS” this song! It is amazing that anyone can’t see it.

Love the wind dramatically blowing her hair. :D
she's a good guitarist but no Gary Moore. she needs to play in a band.
That ventilation is necessary. Her red version of this guitar caught on fire while she was playing. Lesson learned.
Patrick Wright I didn't even notice till this comment. was watching her hands this whole time hahaha
No, it didn't. Guitars don't combust spontaneously. Silly Goose.
NOT TRUE AT ALL! Mine exploded! Look at my backyard firepit! lol :) jk
Awesome solo. You did Gary Moore proud. I've trying to learn soloing for years. You've done it a young age. Awesome. You make it sing.
Безумие двух красивых созданий гитары и кто на ней исполняет звуки. Обалдеть.
Точно!Девчёнка жгёт!Очень круто играет!👍

I got "Wild Frontier" as a high school student when it was first released and i still remember how "The Loner" blew me away. This is an amazing cover, i play it again and again. Thank you.

Congratulations to her parents for raising such a treasure first of all , secondly congratulations to Tina herself for her boundless talent and last but not least i thank God for giving me ears to enjoy that prodigy playing and for her deciding guitar was the way to go , clearly born a guitarist , a star at that !!!! I bow to you Tina with respect !
Reading the comments, my God, her bends are dead on accurate.
Gary would be proud!
I'm so tired of these sexist idiots, hiding behind a keyboard, trashing truly
talented individuals.
Pure jealousy.
+razorjules I read 100+ comments and havent seen a single "sexist idiot" bashing her... just praise... what are you talking about, you're acting like it's really common..
It was in reference to one of her other videos, where some guy was saying her bends & vibrato were weak.
Душу греет
She has quite a metal approach in every song which makes her recognizable. What I liked the most in this song were the times when she was using some artistic freedom instead of playing very true to the original song. For me, little surprises and different arrangements in cover songs are the reason of doing covers.
+Olli Leino exactly! What's the point of listening to a cover if it sounds just like the original?
+Olli Leino
Whilst I agree with you..however this song did not give me chills like the original did..but great effort none the less
+Sledge72au True, and there might be several reasons for the lack of chills
1) Background is less carefully produced than in the original track
2) Guitar is mixed higher than background instruments (this is more of a virtuosity demonstration, not a fully produced track)
3) Nostalgy, never underestimate this
+Olli Leino I agree with the underestimation of the nostalgia aspect.
Great performance, so sensual, amazing, I love it. You are the best !!!

Bravo Tina! This is a wonderful performance of beautiful music. I see your flight in the music... I wish you creative success. Good luck!
Marvelous! It's the way she bends into key, her timing and the finger vibrato. Great feeling.
As long has the digital world lives....this will always be a classic, Thank you Ms Tina for sharing your talent. love from Canada...
Hi Tina, where are you?
Here in Brazil we missing you.
I and Nando Moura are asking to your return.
Красавица,Тина вы как Рой Джонс уникал он 1 на миллион и вы одна на два ляма смотрю с удовольствием.
Peace is a feeling, she shows peace and she most always gives a nice smile at the end - can't help but love this gal
The hands of an angel most excellent guitar playing I seen in a long time I've just learned to play with others on my guitar it's a rush but that girl could play with anyone and smoke them.
I love the fact that she is a female rocking this song, she's a phenomenal guitarist, and she's clothed!!
Believe me, clothes are no obstacle for a perverted mind like mine.
lol you probablyuse the last x.rays google glasses
Well said, indeed. She's a brilliant musician, kicking serious ass on guitar, rather than using her body to impress (even though she's obviously beautiful).
Riviere Marc I'm glad you like speaking this way to a 16 year old, hope you're proud buddy
Chitarra Bambino Lol...true 😁
Music is for hearing not seeing.
Tina S. is the best Hands down and can play anyone she coses to play and do it so well.I can close my eyes and it sounds just like Gary Moore to the max on this rendition. You give Tina anything, she will make it her own, even better.
5,057,375 views.... I think I'm the last 375 times as it's so awesome! Once in the morning and once in the evening... Need to get my "fix". Love how she plays so fluently and without effort. Shows the dedication and hard work she's put in through her younger years. Just awesome, keep up the great work!
The fan blowing her hair looks like it's bothering her. I personally love it it when her hair just hangs. Love watching you play Tina! I could listen to your solos all day long!
I've listened to this cover dozens of times, it's so beautifully done it doesn't get old.
Excellent rendition Tina! Thank-you. The maestro himself could not do a better performance. A fitting tribute to the late Gary Moore by a musical prodigy. Your talent from a young age is truly amazing.
I agree with all you wrote in this comment
Actually, although she is great, I think Gary's has more polish. That's not to denigrate her efforts, but let's not start a gush-fest here eh?
Please stop telling about vibratos and overdrive used in the cover. If you want IDENTICAL performance like GM, just go and play GM. This is Tina's heart and soul and I love and admire it. Tina, you are my guitar GODDESS. I'm pretty sure majotity of you cannot even approach to her playing style and technique.
Agree 100%
I agree. I reckon that the heavier use of overdrive allows the guitar to sing better.
thegodthathatesall . I also agree. This is her heart in the song. If they want to listen to Gary Moore's version it is on yt also
Interpretation is what a real musician does.
To me, this is the loneliest of the Loner covers. Tina has captured the feeling beautifully and efficiently. The bend at 3:30 may be the most heartrending and beautifully lonely bend ever.
Absolutely brilliant, really great version of a fantastic song, loved it💖👍
I don't have enough adjectives to describe how great she is. I hope that life doesn't ruin her. just imagine what her skills and musicality will be like when she is in her 20s and 30s and beyond!
David DeMar 2 words to describe this: Holy Shit!
But if life were to ruin her... Imagine the music she'd create
James Hetfeild I Agree with you Jim She's The Best, I must have Played this Video about 💯 Times, a lot of people are playing this Song and Tina S. Rocks it. It's an Addicting Song, I want to learn to play this now. "Holy Shit"
Tina....please come back, your ability is simply magical. I can hardly wait to hear more. I would be thrilled if I could even be 1% of the guitarist you are.
Incredible cover, the best I’ve heard of any guitar piece ❤
Rock on, Tina! Showing me again why I need to practice much more if I ever want to play the music I love! Rock/Fusion. Thumbs way up!
Thank you for sharing your skills.

Wow! This is a fantastic performance.
