Hey, is this model of Eaton good enough? or should I go for APC? I heard Eaton is a good UPS brand but I think this model is quite outdated? I was thinking of getting a Pure Sine Wave UPS since sometimes people encounter problems with Stepped Sine Wave but its too pricey for my budget.. What do you think?

Pure sine wave is better for really sensitive high power devices. This Eaton model is good for bulk power backup for midrange systems alongside the monitor and probably the modem and router. What are you plugging into it?

@@Back2gaming just my Pc setup, probably the modem too and 2 to 3 monitors. Is it good enough for this usage? Not risking any damage on the PSU because of non-Pure Sine Wave UPS?

@@BanTheManofGreed ive yet to use this on a psu that couldn't take stepwaves. It should handle any other thing you plug in it but depending on your specs and psu type, you might be better off with a pricier sinewave psu. Can you share your specs,

@@Back2gaming its just a mid tier pc like a rtx4060, i5-13400, 2 nvme ssd, 750 PSU. What pricier sinewave do u recommend?

Just bought the 2200VA for home use on my newly built PC, do you recommend keeping it on? or should I power it off each time I shutdown my computer?

If your PC is powered down for less than 8 hours, I suggest just keeping it on. If your internet modem/wifi router is nearby, i suggest keeping those things plugged in the UPS and leaving it on. :)

@@Back2gaming thanks for the response, I usually keep it on during the day and power it off at night when I sleep (8-10 hrs). I guess i'll keep it that way but the beep in the morning each time I power it on is the most annoying thing about it. It sounds like it wants to let everyone, even the neighbors, know that i'm gonna use my pc.

@@roshinobuhirigasawa1109 trust me, i worked in an office where that's part of the morning rush, you get used to it tho overtime 😅 specific to this model is the fan noise, you get may occurrences where it also hums quite audibly during power on but it should subside unless the power is cut then the fans will run high speed which can get quite noisy

@@Back2gaming thanks for the heads up, I guess i'd rather have a bit of noise than a non-working one. I originally bought a Cyber Power but I got a faulty model that kept dying on a 1-2 sec power interruption even though it was brand new. Glad I found this Eaton one and it has worked wonders so far, that's why I want to make it last longer with proper use, and it's cheaper.

covered nila under warranty pero pag lampas na pede siguro humanap ng compatible need nga lang ikaw magbukas. pero contact mo muna sila sa dealer or distributor directly for warranty ng battery

may nakakabit na sa kanya or wala? if wala marami kasi possible causes pag di ko alam ung causes. check nyo sa manual sa box para may quick checklist kayo ng issues
