I have always been fascinated by the Revenge of the Cybermen issues, it would make a spooky one man play with someone playing and increasingly troubled Bryant
Spearhead from Space was lucky to get industrial action, it looks great. The Lid Sladen boat accident, up there with the much more famous Sophie Aldred incident. Good for the stunt man who witnessed the situation and intervened promptly. "It's a leper ship" - says it all, it's basically a miracle Terminus happened at all.
bruh, it is hilarious to imagine Jon Pertwee and Katy Manning getting lost and realising their mistake. also some of these production issues could be Doctor Who episodes by themselves.
let's be honest - the Spearhead from Space strike was a blessing in disguise, allowing us to see it in HD . Shame they didn't do the same for Shada (for which I have a real love and have it in all formats!)

I consider Revenge the most cursed

It's honestly a miracle Season 20 didn't finish at Mawdryn Undead
So say we all.

Me too! Though I think other shows took priority over Doctor Who in the late 70s
I liked the first pilot episode.
