Another great video from now, 35 years ago. I do appreciate your camera work as you let us follow the action a bit longer than those guys that plant the tripod and stand back. You also do a bit more 90 degrees on the cars To see more of them verses many who get too close and only we see a small fraction of the car sides

Thank you so much for looking at my channel and subscribing to it! That's awesome that you enjoy pie in the face slapstick like I do. I was inspired by seeing Laurel and Hardy's The Battle of the Century, too, The Great Race Pie Fight, Three Stooges Formal Dinner Party Pie Fights (guests dressed formally throwing pies at each other), The Nutt House Pie Fight in 1992 (which was another epic formal dinner pie fight-so many pie throwers).

My favorite recipients of thrown pies were the the well dressed (furs, feathered hats etc.) high society dames who's jaws would drop with an indignant "Oh!" creating a mouth hole in the splattered pie. A poor man's catharsis! Good luck to you.

Those were actually 3-level cars designed to carry hogs. Thanks for the comment.

@@vidwilzvids9587 thank you I have one more question how many hogs could it carry and how many can a cattle one carry as well I always had that question?

I'm sorry I don't know the exact number either way. Keep in mind that railroads haven't shipped cattle since about the late 60's so I don't know what the state of the art cattle cars even looked like.

Thank You! I'm glad I got the Alray Tunnels in that video as they are now long gone. I subbed your channel. Wonderful! I've been a sucker for pie-in-the-face since I first saw "The Battle of the Century" and the Three Stooges!.

Never understood the little yellow roof beacon trend. The headlights are more visible 100% and drown it out

Actually they were for hogs and they were THE last livestock cars used on Class 1s.

The caboose at 17:17 had a faded SP but the SF stood out
