HOMEMADE ARNIBAL AT SAGO / sugar syrup/tapioca

    1 cup brown sugar
    1 cup water
    1 tsp vanilla extract/flavor
    Combine brown sugar and water, stir continuously and cook in medium heat.cook until it turns dark. You can add vanilla extract/flavor. Mix and turnoff heat let it cool.
    Sago
    1/2 cup sago/tapioca
    7 cups water
    Bring water to boil, add the tapioca and cook until turns translucent. Drain excess water and set aside.

    How long does small sago/tapioca pearls usually cook? I've always wanted to cook some but my mother always says no because she said it take hourS for it to be translucent. And it would be a waste of gas.

      30mins pakulo and then iwan mo ng 30mins bago mo itapon ang tubig at hugasan.

      If yung arnibal po yes po, pero kung yung sago po hindi ko po ni re recommend na i stock ang sago kahit i ref po.
      Mag last lang po sya upto 8-10 hrs po. Para po hnd mag dikit dikit ang sago
      After nyo po lutuin, put them in a container and coat with sugar or sugar syrup.

    how many minutes po estimated time ng pagluto ng tapioca?

      Approximately po mga 20 - 30 mins po.
      Para mas ma bilis po maluto
      Mag pakulo po muna kayo ng tubig
      Kapag kumulo na po add nyo po ung tapioca and patayin ung apoy babad nyo lang po ng 15 mins. Drain nyo po ung water.
      Then boil nyo po ulit in high medium heat for 10 mins.
      Then another 10 minutes po in low heat.

    mas masarap po dyan yung banana essence kesa vanilla extract pero extra careful po dahil drops lang about 2-3 drops depende sa dami ng palamig kc pag sumobra,papait at sobrang maamoy

    Ganda po ng presentation ninyo kasi sana nag cut po kayo kasi hindi po pleasing manood ng nag hahalo for like more than 1 minute. Advise lang po yun hindi po yun bash.
