Lemon 🍋 Cream cheese pound cake

This lemon cream cheese pound cake with lemonade icing will knock 🥊 your socks 🧦 off. 😊
Today I made it in loaf pans but it’s the same recipe for a Bundt pan just increase the time to 1 hour - 1 hour 15 mins depending on your oven. Make sure you start with room temp ingredients and do not overnix your batter. Get ready for yumminess.

Cake:
¼c Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice (about 2 lemons)
1 tbsp of lemon paste
1 tsp of lemon extract or emulsion
1/4 tsp of vanilla extract
3 Sticks of salted butter
8 Ounces Cream Cheese
1/2c butter flavored shortening
3c Granulated Sugar
Zest of 1 lemon (just the yellow-not the white)
6 Eggs
3c Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking powder
½ Teaspoon Salt
For the Lemonade Glaze:
2c Powdered Sugar
1 packet of True Lemon Lemonade mix
1 Tablespoon Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
Zest of 1 Lemon
2 Tablespoons Milk (give or take)
Pinch 🤏🏾 of salt 🧂
