Did all the child predators move out of that state? With any story involving minors faces should be blurred and alias used to protect the child. This school has truly put this kid in danger, I have to 2 daughters and if that where to happen to me I would find alternative transportation
This is a little dramatic. She wasn't "stranded". And if the mother is concerned for her safety, why would she put her daughters face, bus stop and school and bus number on television.
So I get that this is frustrating but why not DRIVE your daughter to school? I obviously don't know how far they live from the school, but I feel like their time would be better managed if her mom just drove her. Also, if their worried that she'll get to school too late to eat have her take a granola bar or a pop tart to the bus stop with her.

In this day and age children should not have to wait at the bus stop for more than 15 minutes. More parents need to find out what really goes on with these bus companies. The pay is usually so low they can't find reputable drivers. Their child is safer if you drive them to school.

So we don't know if anything has happened but guess what, I actually looked this up and from the girls stop to her school, it's a 15 minutes drive! There is also public transit she could take that involves a little walking and it's about an hour on two buses but seriously, just F-ING drive your child!
I would just transport my own child. If no vehicle I would walk her like I do now. Get ready early feed my child and not rely on anyone. Period the end!!

We never had our children leave without breakfast. They get up on time, shower the night before.
My friends had a new bus driver and the guy drove them to a college, instead of the middle/high school we go to, and they were late by 20-25 mins.
