Today in this video, I'm gonna be talking about the secrets and references hidden throughout the world of Grim Quest, I will be revealing what will you receive from these secrets, and how to get them, as well as talking about the references in the game, so sit back, relax, and enjoy the video!

I have found a way to get more than +2 sanity using planar seal. First you need to open the door using a planar seal. In doing this, your sanity will increase by +2. If you find another planar seal and use it to open another hidden door, then it'll not do anything. However, if you create a backup file and delete and reinstall the game and restore it, or delete your progress and then restore it, you can use that planar seal again to gain another +2 max sanity.
Yes, I know this, unfortunately it's very tedious and doesn't really matter that much, especially if you have an exploit that literally one-shots all enemies.

I think you should try playing Caves Roguelike and Exiled Kingdom
Both of these games is really hard though. It have same amount of grind as Grim Quest
I've played Caves before, your usual permadeath arcade RPG, I actually enjoyed playing it, as for Exiled Kingdoms, lots of people are saying that it's a damn lot of grind, people in the GQ server too lel, maybe in the future, I still have a lot of plans on and then there's GQ: Origins waiting for me lol
@@ismollcheeken Exiled Kingdoms was a very worthwhile game that hates you, like grim world. Though I didn't see much point in going past level 25 with anybody... Theres nothing to do once the main quests are all done and you have all the items you wanted. The random bad guy generator never makes bosses as powerful as they need to be to keep up with you. A good chunk of time went into that game, I have 4 perfect characters and 2 bored side idea characters.. I got grim world because I got bored with exiled kingdoms and wanted another upgrade your person dungeon crawl. Great channel, great content, thanks for this!! Stupid cosmic egg I've destroyed so many of those damned things...

The endless torment sigil looks an awful lot like the brand of sacrifice from Berserk!
The deep stalker also looks a lot like wolf monster that terrorizes guts and eventually gave shape to the berserker armor

Spellslinger (mage and gunslinger combo)
Spell warrior (I think it's called that)

I think those are some of the best combos I wish u can make just builds for those 2 no need for anything
For example starting with either dark pact or lightning then going for confusion then any physical skill (1+dmg/3eva/5hp etc)
And then aimed shot
This isn't an actual build but it's not horrible
This will definitely help me beat my first nightmare run

The history is not that exciting lol, the game was a side project of the developer and he worked on it for 6 months, it's 1 year old now, going for 2 at 2022. As for the community, it was formed a few weeks after the game's release, there's Facebook, Reddit, and Discord. The Discord community was the liveliest of the bunch, it's dead now due to poor decisions and dumb things the administration did, most of the active pioneers had either left or gone inactive including me, some people there still help new players though. Sorry for the late reply, didn't know you edited lmao

Yes got most of them before some were given a chance to succeed the key to some of those such as planar thingy did not add the fourth choice with the door(talking about gameplay from around a 2 years ago)

There is a D10 D&D dice that says its use is unknown and not of this world
Ah yes, the one that gives 4% crit/eva, unconfirmed that it directly references Dungeons and Dragons though, dices are dices and can be generally used for anything, though the description of the item does lean towards the D&D reference, I may have missed this one, nice find :D

Thanks for the heart. Also can you do equipment rankings? For both grim quest and grim tides (my character's freedom has been achieved, and my build is a balance between warrior and vamp, but more on leeching health and I only use slashing weapons). My current armor is the Crimson Plate Armor, embedded with a flawless ruby, while my weapon, the Zealot's Heroic Broadsword has an emerald embedded on it. I will email you my build if that will help your vids sir.

I think so, though unconfirmed, I always have my character names' first letter capitalized. Try that.

After watching this video, i can swear to god that I had two fucking relic swords at the same Time somehow, maybe because of one of the recent patches of the game, that might Let you have More of these.
But it was crazy, sadly i sell it away because i thought it was common to have these swords, now i wish i could have taken a picture of that Xd
There are also some reports of other players having two existing swords. In older game versions, the game doesn't check your equipped items for the sword, so you could get the sword, equip it, then get another copy. Sadly, that's been patched now.
@@ismollcheeken Oh, well now that you said it, i remember that I used that sword for the imperial mausoleum, and after beating some levels i had the chance to get the sword again. So yeah, it has to be because i had it equipped, It's a shame that it has been patched, but hey, at least i had the experience of getting two of these swords lol
