Time to show several new patriotic finishes along with a wool appliqué summer piece.
I started a new sampler and continue working on several others.
I’m giving away this year’s Prairie Schooler Santa to a lucky viewer. Find out how you can enter to win.
At the end I share a look at all my summer/patriotic stitching. I’ve started accumulating quite a bit. Enjoy!
Loved it all. Every thing is displayed so pretty. A lot of patriotic inspiration. Great video. Thanks for sharing 😊
I love seeing all your finishes new and older. Love your finishing--it is always so inspiring. Your have such a talent!
Your wool applique piece is gorgeous...I think your pinwheel blocks look great on it. I also love that BB piece, Summer's Souvenir, you finished. You must not be a total procrastinator like you say as you had a lot of finishes & FFO's. Seeing a parade of all your patriotic pieces was so fun. I am going to steal your idea for the pocket you made from the Patriotic Scissor Pocket. That is adorable. You have so many clever finishes. I have not got the 2024 PS Santa yet, but he is a cute one. I think your framed patriotic finishes would look great on your blank wall. It's a shame to hide them away when the season changes. Wishing you a wonderful Independence Day!
I would love Santa! He has that Swedish Dala horse, which I love. Fun seeing all of the projects you are working on. Stitching while relaxing at your cabin must be delightful...XO
I always enjoy every minute of your videos and the Summer/ Patriotic Parade of your finishes is wonderful! I am always so inspired by your work. Thanks for sharing and Happy 4th of July! 🇺🇸

Houses take me forever to stitch. Can't go wrong with Cherry Cobbler, pretty floss. Yes, I think it is just called Gray now. Very Nice Finishes, So creative.

I really enjoyed seeing your patriotic finishes and decor! Have a great 4th! I remember that sampler with the teddy bears, and had (or still have?) that magazine! I seem to recall wanting to stitch it, because I thought it was so cute! My how times and taste has changed! Your flowers and yard look beautiful!
It is crazy how our tastes change. But then again I think what I looked like in 1988 and not quite the same as 2023! Haha.
Love❤ your finishing/decorating. Have a blessed safe 4th. Santa is coming! Your flowers look beautiful.
Thank you! You too!

Thank you so much!
It's great to see you and beautiful stitching a lot of houses and Santa
Thank you! 😊
I need Americana floss. That's one color I've never had. Those patriotic houses are my favorites. Prarie Schooler Santa is one I haven't stitched. I hope that shop you mentioned gets more cross stitch in their inventory.
Me too!!
Enjoyed your video and works of art. Santa.
I would love to stitch that house. Santa charts are pretty.
I really enjoyed seeing your older finishes. It’s been awhile since I’ve seen some of them😊
Glad you like them!
Oh how I love Santa!🎅🏻
Santa ! I have been trying to complete these and I haven’t done that one yet !😊
Santa is lovely!
Thx for all the inspiration❤
Enjoyed the visit! 💜
your quilting looks good!
Can't believe half the year is already gone Santa isn't so long away
Lovely stitching. On the Americana chart is the rim of the pot what's making it look off.
I’m jumping around colors so it’s probably because I haven’t moved on to the next color yet.
Hi Barb! I so enjoyed seeing all of your stitching today. You've got a beautiful collection of patriotic stitches. I love how you have your cross stitch FFO-ed and out on display around your house. You inspire me to try to get myself in gear and do the same. I love that piece you have on the wall of the old tattered flag. Was that cross stitched? Do you recall the designer? Enjoy the 4th!
That is actually a thrift store find and it is cross stitch. It’s called Faded Glory.
Santa fits into the Christmas in July theme! Could you share the name of the beautiful stitch behind you, Scissors & Spool. Thanks for sharing. Happy Stitchin'
It’s Needle Work by Kathy Barrick. One of my favorites.
