    I made these videos to document my experience eating a diet termed the “Lion Diet” by Mikhaila Peterson, daughter of Jordan Peterson who introduced this diet to my thinking. Lion Diet a strict version of the Carnivore diet that only allows for ruminant meat, salt, and water. I am not a nutrition expert or doctor, but I hope you will find my story enjoyable and informational just the same.

    I am so enjoying watching you continue your journey. On this video in particular, it seems clear how much your outlook and mental clarity have improved following this way of eating. It's like someone put the spark back in your eyes and the way you speak is now so full of life and vigor - perhaps I'm imagining things or you were just particularly excited about that meat cake (lol), but it seemed pretty evident in this video your overall health and wellbeing has improved drastically!

    Gotta stop at a truck stop. They sell a little 12v lunch box cooker. It takes forever to cook from raw. But warming up precooked food is great

    The Aussie cattlemen cook beef on their car engine as their herding their cattle 😀

      We are, but we’re in this life with everyone else, and things are crazy everywhere. Life still has its downs it’s just easier to face them when I don’t feel like I used to all the time.

    Ever eat stew meat sashimi style. Fastest way to eat. And you can get it at most bigger grocery stores.

    Lex Fridman said in one of his podcasts if he's on the road he just goes to a McDonalds and orders plain patties. Might not be great but sure beats eating old donuts ;)

      McDonald’s also cooks with vegetable oils so they’re an absolute no in my book, but I feel you on the worse alternative. Let’s just say it’s one thing to eat the wrong thing when it’s available on hand, but quite another to wait in line for the wrong thing.

    What heat temp did she put that on in the skillet?

    • @FerrignoFreedom
      @FerrignoFreedom  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      She said she had it on medium and medium high interchanging based on the sizzle because she was unfamiliar with the stove. She finished it on medium.

    I make a 1lb Hamburger. How many pounds was that?

    • @FerrignoFreedom
      @FerrignoFreedom  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      About 1.5 lbs. I didn’t see the label, but it was one package of the meat we got from Big Mo Cattle and they’re usually about 1.5 lbs each.

    So cold? How cold was it? - (you thin-blooded Southerners feel cold at 50 degrees.....)

      @FerrignoFreedom  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      A breezy 52°F in shorts and a t-shirt when you’re not used to it is uncomfortably cold, but as you say I am acclimated to warmer weather.
