  • Third day into my cycle tour at South Coast of England, I was being recommended by a fella from the Woods Cyclery to check out Chapman's Pool and the place was incredible! I will definitely return to camp by bay next time to watch the sunset!

      Haaa thanks, Max! 🙂 It is the Rapha's Explore Hooded Gore-tex Pullover jacket. I don't think they release that particular colour anymore, it has been discontinued as I got this back in early 2020. I reckon they had designed an improved double zipped version now.

    Hi! I know it's been a while since you did this, but was the push/hike up and down to Chapmans Pool ok?

      Hiya, the last bit (200m+) was indeed a very steep with big boulders and I remembered just parking my bike by the abandoned small house before the descent. Might be able to pull it off on a hike-a-bike with a good set of brakes, fatter tyres and lighter load if you wanna stay down there for a little longer. I do know Cyclery Woods Sunday cycle group visits Chapmans Pool often on their dreamy 2-wheel steeds. I can imagine hard core mountain bikers would have had a good time on that last descent. ;)
