    1) You said "We don't know what causes IBS" - But we do. Plants, sugars, seed oils, processed products, oxalates and fibre. Remove these things the IBS goes away almost over night.
    2) My IBS disappeared almost over night when I stopped eating all fibre and plants, carbs, seed oils and sugars. IBS is caused by eating carbs, sugars, seed oils, oxalates, lectins and fibre.
    3) What we find is that anxiety and depression is seriously relieved in people who stop eating carbs, sugars, seed oils, processed products, oxalates and fibre.

      @@515froggy Only animal products.
      Mostly fatty red meat. I also eat other animal products like chicken and pork once a week. I only cook in lard or tallow.
      I eat seafood, eggs, bacon etc.
      Most of what I consume is fatty ruminant meats.
      I have not eaten fibre, plants, seed oils, sugars, carbs or oxalates for over 2 years. I feel great.
