good one, i need to change the cranks to get some lower ratios for mountain road climbs, on both my bikes, 3 x 8 raleigh hybrid with a square taper bb, and my 2 x 11 gravel bike with the hollow tech type bb

Thank you! Unfortunately not even name brands have any shame and still put inferior square taper bottom brackets on their entry level bikes. They are worse, heavier amd waste material.
Do you also have a video on BBs woth a lockiring that are relevant to upgrading a steel bike? Also what about spacers, I hear people mention them but never use them...
