La rosche posay cicaplast baume tu very very very bagus if you put on irritated skin. My skin got rashes from allergic reaction. Merah2 lepas sapu one layer lepas sejam tak irritated langsunggg. Please trust me. It’s effective for being an occlusive moisturizer at the end of your routine but I agree with the feeling of it being too thick on your face. Still much better than putting vaseline.
Yes tretinoin, adalah retinoid yang perlukan prescription. Retinoid yang bole beli over the counter is adapalene (some brand: differin, T3 Ada). Adapalene works well also but tretinoin is much superior👍🏼

The raw products: 1. Acne ceramide cleanser - dis one ade 2% salicylic acid, so if u betul2 oily n acne prone, dis is good, mild foam, mmg rse muka bersih, no film finishing, tk rse tegangkn kulit, oily n acnes kurg, i used dis dh 2 botol, but i wouldn't recommend used dis everyday sbb i rse mcm nnt skin mcm dry n acnes lagi bole naik (may cause skin barrier damaged if overdo exfoliation) 2. Rough n bumpy - i like dis, i penah pakai 1 bottle, 0.5% salicylic acid, mild foam, tk keringkn kulit, i think it's good for combo to normal with mild acnes or tiny bumps 3. Hydrating ceramide cleanser - lotion textured, no foam, mu cetaphil but better, tpi oily acne prone skin i wouldn't recommend, sbb does nothing, dry skin might suka ni, cleansing effect idk sngt bout dis one sbb i suka yg mild foam cleanser, i suka bebuih, so rse bersih, sbb i wear makeup selalu, so even with double cleanse i prefer foamy cleanser. 4. Tretinoin ni kena pakai sikit2 je sbb very drying. And boleh purge mula2 before it get better. I've stubborn acne and it didn't work for me. I just peel a lot and purge tak stop even after a few months. But I know some people have great result for sure! So do give it a try but do go slow on it and KENA SABAR sbb dia tak instant and possible utk purge tu ada. Pls do your own research before you start. You can buy dkt pharmacy je but better to gt advice from dermatologist dulu (which i did).
