I need to try the baked oats. I have some vanilla protein - could add a little cocoa powder maybe lol 😂. I have skyr yoghurt because it’s higher in protein. You’ll look great blonde. Well done on your weight loss. That’s just brilliant. Sometimes people think they need to eat less to lose more. But you can land up bingeing if you don’t feel satisfied with your meals you do have. I do the same as you and count calories and do slimming world. I find calorie counting stressful though and land to not been as healthy as you say I count fruit. I think if we have meals with protein and fibre then we won’t snack as much. I always like an evening snack. Xxxxxx Love the handbag. Hubby thinks I have too many lol 😂
Baked oats is my fav. Cake for breakfast, yes please haha. That's the trouble if you I get really hungry I just have a huge binge and then it's all your work down the drain. I don't think I could count calories all the time. I would just choose chocolate over fruit! Hsve a lovely evening sweet xxx
