You know I've seen all their collaborations on TH-cam and I don't even do bjj. I just find it fascinated how technical it is and the way they break it down and explain it is great. You just get absorbed into it.
I love seeing Firas get so excited about learning new things in jiu jitsu. For all the amazing details I think the biggest thing I took away from this video was that no matter how good you are there is always more to learn. Big ups to coach and The Fox 🙏🏼

As a white belt this video was very confusing but after watching countless times (probably in the hundreds) and about 30 hours of on the mat I can finally get subs from this submission. My game is pretty good from closed guard. I need to work on mount and side control game now

Love the details here. That footlock @21:00 has me wondering. Essentially it's a straight footlock. Should be pretty much legal for all belt levels in most comps, right? Hopefully a ref wouldn't consider it a toe hold.
I loved Omoplatas from the beginn with, because it's not that big of a deal if you miss them. Either you sweep them and get to top position or you land back in closed guard again. A missed armbar or triangle often leads to a pass und suffering in bottom sidecontrol ;-D
This reminds me a lot of "the carni" from 10p. A very underrated sub

The under leg thing at 7:13 is my go too omoplata, called the carni in 10th planet system......... So easy to bait into by letting people go to pass one of my legs, and due to my flexibility I can get it while squared up with my opponent and both shoulders on the mat

Hi. Where can I find how to do the armtriangle that you did? Never seen it before. Looks like a high elbow guillotine grip but in an armtriangle.
Do you have any advice on condition for a amateur MMA fight. My background is karate and boxing I've been doing Jiu-Jitsu for 3 years three stripes. I'm 37 years young my fight is in 90 day. Wish me luck

100%, conditioning. Acclimate your self to adrenaline dumping as best you can as well. Any thing that unexpectedly shocks the system in the middle of heavy cardio will do. Gl, have fun.
