@13:06 My Pinay wife was 40 years younger. I never experienced any resentment or judging from PI peoples. Back in the US though we experienced lots of negative assumptiive behavior from American women. Men never, just envy. I'd tell those Karens their attitude is why we older esteablished and fed up men go to Asia where women still are women, not the obnoxius whales prevalent in the States.

@17:00 Worldwide and thoughout time, women always look for security, first for themselves, then for children they may have.
It's well known that women marry up the social status not down. Men don't care nearly as much about status. We're visual animals. A beautiful poor girl is just as if not more desireable than some spoiled brat rich girl regardless of her looks.

As an American, living in Bacong and in a relationship with a Filipino, this video was very refreshing. These 3 young men, gives me hope there is a bright future for this world. As a foreigner, it also upsets me when i see someone from another country, being arrogant and forgetting they are not in their country and need to respect the Philippines and the Filipino people. Those guys have their head together. My Philippine woman is only a few years younger than me and I'm 57. So young age is not a priority for me. Also one other advantage Philippine men have is Japanese women are attracted to them. :-) Westerners wouldn't even be given the time of day from them. LOL

of course no native men like when foreign men come to their country and "take" their young women .
that is a natural feeling/reaction , men in the entire world feel the same way .
the best way to approach this issue as a foreigner is to show you are polite , not vulgar , and your intentions are good ,

My only 2 complaints about the Philippines are:
      1. Internet is SLOOOOOOOW. I was there in 2018 and the best speed I was getting in Antipolo is 1.4Mbs. I guess I've been spoiled in the states with 1Gbs wired and 950Mbs on my phone.
      2. Lack of etiquette with regards to waiting in line by only a few people. When pulling into a driveway to the mall for example, I have the right of way. Yet someone else would turn left right in front of me from the other direction. They won't even wait for me to complete my turn, but they will cut me off despite me being there first and I have the right of way. Then there are lines. I was ordering food at Greenich (I think that's what it's called) and this woman clearly jumped right in front of me and started to order. What's ironic is that the woman taking the order didn't call her out. She continued to take her order despite acknowledging me. I couldn't let this go. I got in between them and said, "Excuse, I am next. Why would you cut in front of me? And you, you saw that I was next yet you proceeded to take her order?"
Neither of the women said anything. The woman that cut in line just said "Ah, ok". Same with the cashier. She just said, "What can I get for you?" No apology or acknowledging their mistakes. To add to that people were looking at me as if I'm the bad person. The instigator.
I know this isn't all of the Philippines but in the 3 weeks I was there, it happened to me at least 12 times. People cutting in line. I called people out about 8 of those times. My wife was restraining me and telling me to "hayaan mo na". Such thing has happened to me in the USA. But not 12 times in 3 weeks! Filipinos pride themselves with good manners and respect. It sure doesn't show at certain times.

@@Mr-Clark It can be annoying to foreigners, when people jump the queue, and the slow internet is really frustrating, …BUT you need to remember that you’re in a poorer country than your own, and with that comes lower quality. You also need to adjust your high standards to the ways of a different culture. Don’t live there if you can’t adjust, or you will be unhappy and a constant embarrassment to your wife, and that will only damage your relationship.

It is not the money, the cash that most Filipinas are after. It is a way out of poverty and help for their family that they want. For the older men it is not a young beautiful body that we are looking for. The newness and excitement of any woman's body wears off with time. It is the feeling of being young again that a young woman gives to an older men. A new lease on life when we thought our life was winding down. It does not take long for love and respect to grow. Both parties need to be loved and respected. Both bring something much more meaningful to the relationship then money or sex.

A really good topic, I enjoyed listening to the 3 Pinoy guys honest opinions; more foreign guys need to be more confident about how Filipino guys regard us there. I can only speak for myself in saying that far from looking down on Filipinos, I respect them for their humility and ability to make the best of any situation. We can learn a lot from each other even tough our cultures and lifestyles are different.

This was a good conversation! I wish I could have sat down with the four of you and had time to contribute to all of the topics covered. It's so hard now days to have a good heart felt talk between people with out getting offended. This coming from a 56 year old guy who is straight forward and honest. I don't believe in pulling verbal punhes. If you claim your an adult then be an adult one day I hope to make it to your country because I have many friends from the Philippines and deep down inside we know we are all the same.

Pea. I am hooked on your channel. Hands down, you are the best!!! What I love so much about your channel is first and foremost you are a philipina and no subject (minus political issues) is off limits. Your content provides us foreigners with an accurate outlook of the life of Philippines. This is a classic example. Keep up the great work. (Still gloating over the 40s ladies interview, a masterpiece).

I have to tell you that as I’ve been watching your channel for some time I’ve noticed your confidence and skill at interviewing and keeping a good flow is continually improving.
I’ve always enjoyed your work. I can also say that I am enjoying it more and more these days.
Props to you. I look forward to watching you grow even more in the future.
I will also say that I started working with Filipinos many years ago here in Silicon Valley. At the time I found that I had to be careful working with some (just some) Filipino men because they weren’t good at following through with a job.
At the same time, I developed a great respect for Filipino women. They worked very hard. And, yes, they were also beautiful.
I remember one Filipina early on that was here in the U.S. working and saving up so that her husband could join her here. Her diligence at work and faithfulness to her far away husband was simply amazing.
It is because of her that I’ve always had a soft spot when it comes to Filipino women.

Very good interview with these three gentlemen, they showed a lot of maturity. And they gave their true feelings and answers to your questions. Now on the other hand I have experienced issues with some of the not so intelligent men or the not responsible man I shall say. Because one of them joked about me being a grandpa to my wife. In the rest of the guys laughed when they won the basketball court. But I just looked at that as immaturity and a sense of ignorance. But honestly I didn't take it personal, but it made my wife very upset. Come to find out she knew those guys. And as a result of other things I'm no longer with her after I found out what she was doing for the whole 5 years we were together. Excellent interview with these guys I'm looking forward to the next one. If you have not already interview them could you ask them about how do they feel about black men being with the Filipino women. Thanks Pea❤

I think there was a specific cultural difference brought up there - the guys were all being polite when they spoke about complaining foreigners but I really think it's quite ingrained in western culture, certainly in the UK. Complaining as well as comparing your success to your neighbours (keeping up with the Joneses) is somewhat of a national passtime. I remember when I was a lot younger visiting Florida where I got chatting to a woman I met in a mall there - she was originally from Manchester however she moved to USA as she didn't like the weather (too much rain) - she originally lived in New York but left there because it was too cold in winter - when I met her she was in Florida in summer complaining about it being too hot - some people really struggle to focus on the positive things in life.
I think the 3 guys there seem to be quite comfortable with who they are and accepting of others

My first thought when reading this was a conversation with a young lady in Florida some years ago. We were working in a back office of a small engineering firm with only fans to cool things down. The owner said she was thinking of putting air conditioning back there. When she left, my work partner said she hoped that never happened, and I asked why. She said she grew up in Michigan and was cold a lot as a child and swore she would go to Florida and never be cold again, and did it. She said she didn't have A/C in her house or her car and loved the heat. I didn't feel quite the same, but thought, How awesome that she likes and appreciates this!
That was about 30+ years ago and has been a reminder to me ever since, to appreciate the good points of my conditions.
I grew up in western South Carolina and we had a lot of "halfbacks" who moved from the northeast to Florida, said it was too hot and moved halfway back, many into the Carolinas, where they still complained about everything...
