Triangular Fibrocartilage Complex (TFCC) Tear
The wrist performs a complicated set of functions. It rotates and moves forward, backwards, and side to side, all while providing a strong connection between the forearm and the hand. The Triangular Fibrocartilage Complex (TFCC) helps give the wrist these abilities. Located between the radius and the ulna, the two bones of the forearm, the TFCC is a group of ligaments and cartilage that connect the forearm bones with the carpal bones of the wrist. The TFCC can tear due to overuse, an acute injury, or chronic breakdown of the tissues

I have done my MRI in reports it shows a Grade 2 Tear sir consulted to an orthopedic surgeon he suggested me for 3 months of tendo care & Cardigen tablet is there anything to worry I am using wrist band

Sir I Got Injured in bike Accident in Year 2014 and doctors said that pain will be reduced with time.
In Year 2018 when I played cricket, my pain started increasing and I went to doctor and he advised me MRI scan And there I found Ulna Side TFCC Tear in my left hand.
Then Doctor Advised me some excercise.
But It is not the solution.
Still I can't lift heavy weights and play cricket.
Is it too late for Surgery?

Purchase a Wrist band and whenever you lift heavy weight take support of wrist bands.
Avoid Playing Sports which involves the multiple wrist movements.
