The story in Beast Wars where they find the Ark and discover the original transformers was just epic. A story that deserves to be retold at some point.
I'm Not So Hot On The Transformers Films As I was during the late 2000's early 2010's but I grew up on Beast Wars during the 1990's and fun fact Ron Pearlman already voiced Optimus Primal twice so he's game
@@grantmiller6570 Now I don't want to jump to conclusions, but if you haven't noticed based on the Wikipedia page there's only four actors in movie cast as humans while the the majority are Transformers. Now I know Wikipedia isn't the most reliable source, but I have recently looked back at some the older edits of each movie before there releases, the casting for both the humans and Transformers are very much on the length as you see them at this very moment, which are very even at best. And I know that this is just a teaser, but adding to the fact that this teaser show cases more on the actual on the robots themselves with only one or two scenes with our main humans, this leads me into thinking that this a Transformers centric story with the human hopefully serving as supporting characters, but again it's only a teaser, we just have to wait and see more details. However, if this movie is still is going another one where humans steals the spotlight away from our actual main characters, at least make them more likable if not tolerable to watch on screen, and not make me want to blow up my TV with there obnoxious behavior.
Just a notice: Optimus' new vehicle form, is NOT a Kenworth K-series. His form in Bumblebee (2018) was as a customized Freightliner FLA-96. In ROTB, Prime will transform into a heavily modified Freightliner FLB

My understanding is that this film has nothing to do at all with the Bayverse Transformers and is part of the soft reboot series that begun with Bumblebee, so Arcee not turning into three motorcycles for example isn't because she has let to evolve that function but because these are completely seperate versions of these characters.
Actually this is not a soft reboot but a hard one. Soft reboot means it is still the same continuity, it is just a new storyline, new characters etc. Hard reboot means new continuity.

The Autobots arriving on Earth 20 years earlier, came to Earth for different reason (finding the Allspark vs Sanctuary Base), Transformers having completely different designs, Bumblebee not in WW2, Sector 7 not knowing about Transformers despite that they should have the deactivated Megatron at this point. Unless you go by the logic that the Bay Movies had countless continuity errors anyway, so it wouldn´t matter.
No they did NOT...jazz was a porsche 935 where as Mirage in this movie is a porsche 911.two COMPETLEY DIFFERENT cars and as far as mirage creating illusions is concerned he could ALWAYS do it....even goimg back to G1 if you read the character bios Hound could create "holograms" whereas Mirage coukd create "illusions".....so Mirage being able to create illusions in this movie is CORRECT and TRUE to the character.

Ok they got the information about "Terrercons" Wrong. the first group called "Terrercons" were original a combiner group of the Decepticons that formed Abominus. from my knowledge the second group to use the Terrercon name was the Drones from Energon that served as the soldiers of the Decepticons in that series, then the 3rd time it was used as a generic term for basically Transformers Zombies in TF: Prime, and now the fourth time its used now it seems to be its own faction for this film. Also the faction that marvelous videos refered to that split from the Decepticons and worked for the Quintessons were Just called the Mercenaries, and its sad that only to my knowledge 3 Generations toys had this unique faction symbol(gen-selects Bugbite, Exhaust and Soundblaster from the WFC trilogy.) the terrercons and the Mercenaries are 2 seperate factions to the point if you look at Scourage's grill from a photo of Rise of the Beasts, you can see a Merc faction symbol on his grill.

Cliffjumper needs more air time, one of my favorite bots. In the anime and games, he was one of the best support bots to have around. They killed him off too quick in BumbleBee without utilizing his full arsenal, thats just how badass he is if he was around.

Megatron(T-Rex) almost succeeds in destroying the unconscious Optimus Prime in attempt to rewrite history, but he’s thwarted by Primal who saves his ancestor and name sake by temporarily allowing himself to be host to Prime’s spark, this unexpectedly causes Primal’s body to transform into Optimal Optimus a Maximal-Autobot hybrid.

I don't understand why whould they throw away the perfect design from Bumblebee Opening. Even though this look really promising more than the original movie series, I'm very disappointed to see the changes.

Also an Idea for a Maximal Combiner team beyond the Magnaboss 3 I had were similar to Fans Project's Glacierbot toys where a team of five Maximals with Ice age Beast forms(a Mammoth, a Gigantopithecus, a Saber-tooth Tiger, a Prehistoric Cave Bear and a Dire Wolf) combine together to form "Avalanche" (The name is a work is progess)
Marvelous needs to do better research he always either gets stuff wrong or totally blends different back stories that nothing to do with each other. No version of Mirage has had hologram powers. Mirage had a indivisibility cloak. Hound could generate Hologram. Jazz had a sound n light show & turned into a Porsche. Arcee was never on the science team or trained by Sideswipe. Arcee was always a warrior/Assassin. Originally a car mode, She had a bike form in Transformers: Energon. The bayverse gave her as well as Chromia & Elita-1 Bike modes. Rhinox crashed with the Axalon hence why he was one of the original combatants in the beast wars and not a later addition like Airazor. His are always well put together in terms of the visuals , just need to get the information correct.

There’s way too many to list them all here but, for me, stating that Optimus Primal is KNOWN to be the greatest cybertronian to ever live is by far the biggest. Yeah, I caught that too. I always thought Primus was considered the ultimate Prime. Though with all the continuity changes over the past 40 years. Not to mention all the different continuity timelines. I couldn't honestly tell you. I was a hardcore fanboy through G1 and G2 in my preteens, but started to age out around The Head Masters series. Something to do with discovering girls and all.
I am disappointed Rat Trap will not be in this series but the rest of the first season Maximals will be in the movie. Crescent looks like will replace him. The Predacons will not have Tarantulous, Waspinator or Inferno will not be in it as for first season Transformers from their team.
The new Transformers movies starting with Bumblebee are not connected to the Michael Bay films. It's an entirely new continuity. Arcee how she appears in this film is how she is hoiw she has always portrayed in the cartoons and comics. Michael Bay just took liberties with her design same as he did with all the other transformers.

I want to see an elephant, antelope, and bear maximals
So an actual on screen version of BW Ironhide(An Elephant along with Silverbolt the Eagle and Prowl the Lion to become the Combiner Mangaboss.), Polar Claw(The Polar Bear), Grizzly-1/Barbarian(A Grizzly Duh from the name) as for the Antelope eh only close to that with a maximal already existing is Ramulus who is an Ibex, which is close enough to an antelope.

@@Rcampo42 Well I have my own alternate names for BW Ironhide, prowl and Silverbolt to be Armorhide the Elephent, Windrazer the Eagle(a play on a male counterpart to Airazar the falcon) and Nightprowler the Lion. Also an Idea for a Maximal Combiner team beyond the Magnaboss 3 I had were similar to Fans Project's Glacierbot toys where a team of five Maximals with Ice age Beast forms(a Mammoth, a Gigantopithecus, a Saber-tooth Tiger, a Prehistoric Cave Bear and a Dire Wolf) combine together to form "Avalanche" (The name is a work is progess)

Marvelous needs to do better research he always either gets stuff wrong or totally blends different back stories that nothing to do with each other. No version of Mirage has had hologram powers. Mirage had a indivisibility cloak. Hound could generate Hologram. Jazz had a sound n light show & turned into a Porsche. Arcee was never on the science team or trained by Sideswipe. Arcee was always a warrior/Assassin. Originally a car mode, She had a bike form in Transformers: Energon. The bayverse gave her as well as Chromia & Elita-1 Bike modes. Rhinox crashed with the Axalon hence why he was one of the original combatants in the beast wars and not a later addition like Airazor.
His are always well put together in terms of the visuals , just need to get the information correct.

@@bluarcher4424 Look at the image representing the vehicle mode at 3:15 again. And tell me, does that look more like a 1984 Porsche 935 (911 variant) which was what G1 Jazz was based on? Granting that the vehicle in the trailer looks more like a 1989-1994 964 than the 1984 935. Or does it look more like a 1982 Porsche 924 Turbo which was what Cliffjumper was based on? Beyond that, look at that color scheme. Jazz was a white car with a blue racing stripe. In this case silver with a blue racing stripe. Cliffjumper was solid red with black accents. So how did you conclude that I forgot about Cliffjumper? I based my previous comment on the fact that the vehicle at 3:15 looks like G1 Jazz to me and not G1 Cliffjumper. Beyond that, I’m just curious, what did you base your comment on?

Yeah, I caught that too. I always thought Primus was considered the ultimate Prime. Though with all the continuity changes over the past 40 years. Not to mention all the different continuity timelines. I couldn't honestly tell you. I was a hardcore fanboy through G1 and G2 in my preteens, but started to age out around The Head Masters series. Something to do with discovering girls and all.

I am disappointed Rat Trap will not be in this series but the rest of the first season Maximals will be in the movie. Crescent looks like will replace him. The Predacons will not have Tarantulous, Waspinator or Inferno will not be in it as for first season Transformers from their team.

The new Transformers movies starting with Bumblebee are not connected to the Michael Bay films. It's an entirely new continuity. Arcee how she appears in this film is how she is hoiw she has always portrayed in the cartoons and comics. Michael Bay just took liberties with her design same as he did with all the other transformers.
