    Where on earth do you get all your energy from? You're like a machine, a very lovely, bright and chirpy machine though. Will the deer sleep inside the house or do they have to stay out on the porch? Be sure to keep that Craig feller on site, you'll learn a lot from him. Take care and stay cool.

    i can't explain it enough but it's so nice to see a average homeowner or property owner take the time to do it correctly and take the time to learn how to do something right and ask the right people.
    Because there was many occasions that i had to call scene command and explain why i pulled wildfire crew's back due to the amount of ground Hazzards incorrect structures or electrical lines placed u name it. But to see u doing it the way u are other than the required amount of fire proofing and land maintenance i don't think your property is going to have to many issues to be honest very well done 👍👍.

      I have a lot to do with clearing the brush on the property. Fires are a big concern for sure

      @@SimpleLivingwithBiata Yes nowadays our building laws an codes have gotten so much better. However there are still many ways around them that a lot of people would do to cut costs inspections etc.

    Congratulations on the progress 👍. I laughed a little when you started the stamper (in Denmark it is called a plate vibrator) the first time. The ONLY go forward! No backing up or standing still - I learned that the hard way just like you.
    You learn fast. And hooray for Craig! A pro excavator driver comes in handy 👍👍👍

    hi biata hope you are well, im glad too see you now have a saw horse definitely save you're back in the long run, kudos too craig for that 1. the build is really starting too take shape now and motoring along it seems, enjoy every minute of it for it will hit you when done and you will be saying wow that went quick. very impressed by the handling of the compactor plate as i know how hard/heavy the work can be especially going up and down the edge,s great video yet again and really good editing too. xx

    Have a look at solar panels for the house better back up for power outages and you don't have to rely on power company and you can sell excess power back to them

    I look forward every Sunday to see what biata is up too I knew when you built that fence it will have to be taken down I live in South ga and we use a plant call lantana to boarder our garden the deers down here hate the scent and taste of plant so they stay away

      Thanks for watching Kevin and that’s for the tip on that plant! If you’re in the south I’m not sure it will grow here but I’ll look into it (and other plants). Eventually we’ll get a farm dog and likely won’t have these issues haha.

      Great question! It’s a 17’ elevation and 110’ back. It would flood 2000ft of municipal maintained roads before it reached our home! The camera is very deceiving haha! And we can always break the beaver dam :)

    Hot tip: the bluetti panels are not waterproof, riged glass panels are cheaper, more stable and will last longer than any folding portable panel will. Also, adding on the bluetti DC enhancer will give you the ability to add on an additional 500w of solar panels.

    Heres a way to keep your deer out of your garden mix cayenne pepper, shampoo, and a little bit of water and spray them on your plants and they will try to eat it and I’ll get a bad taste it works no need for a fence and your doing a good job keep up the good work as well

      In floor heating so it will heat around the slab so it won’t heave! It’s the only way to do it in colder areas

    Chicken wire will not keep deer out unless over 12’ high. Sorry. Been there done that.

      Ah they stayed out with my last fence being 8’ and chicken wire. Maybe because it was a tighter space though and they wouldn’t have been able to get a good run. Those darn deer lol. Time to get a farm dog

    And one more thing when you're cutting trees down you want to put the mouth make a mouth in your little trees which way you want to treat a fall and back cut it and it'll go that way so it does not Barbecue on you

    Don't scratch your side cover like that it damages the side cover. Use clear petrol and a paintbrush and dip the paintbrush in the petrol and clean it. It removes oil and all of the sticky substance.

    Hi great work, one little tip when using a hand saw point your index finger down the saw,it helps with the balance.👍🪚🌞
