I’m building my dream home and homestead and developing 18 acres from scratch with barely any experience! I’m learing new trades and skills like framing, plumbing, electrical, excavating and more!!!
This week we’re moving! Moving our camper trailer to our home! This is such a huge and exciting feat being able to use all the utilities I’ve brought over the last few years!

Definitely the attention to detail marking all the floor pieces so you can reassemble them.
Quick tip for the plumbing, cut your poly pipe with your mitre/chop saw(Im from the UK so not sure what you call it) as it'll cut really clean square ends making the glued up ends much easier to do.

Biata this has to be my favorite video.
I kept laughing so hard. When you were working on your trailers septic all I could think of was a statement Randy Quaid said standing in front of his brothers house emptying his septic tank in a street gutter.
You would be the first person I would hire because you want it done right.
Great video, I can’t stop laughing.

Agreed! I was in the underground sewer business for 30 years, I went down a gate well ( water main valve vault) and before I got to the bottom (8feet) it felt like someone was standing on my chest, took my breath away so I went back up quickly ( the fumes from the tar tape around the pipe was brutal, once we aired it out it was fine!

You were very smart to mark all of your flooring when you took it up. When the flooring in my bedroom was pulled up after the house fire. None of it was marked and now it is a pain putting it back in. We were on a deadline and had lots of help. I can't get anymore flooring as it was extra from a special order for a new house. I got it for just hauling it away. Solid teak flooring is very heavy so it comes in small pieces.

Someone already mentioned it, but for clarity: Wells and other unventilated enclosed spaces can be deadly. You should never enter such a space without having help nearby.
Especially with refuse drainage. The decay processes can literally consume all the oxygen inside the tank, create Carbon Monoxide and so on. Air will also sometimes be layered in such spaces in a way that while you were fine one minute by moving your head just a few centimeters you're now inhaling CO instead of oxygen and you're unconscious in seconds.

Nice job! You basically did all this by yourself which is not trivial. I was a bit nervous about you going down into that pump chamber by yourself though. Many people have lost their lives because there was not a breathable atmosphere in the bottom of the tank. Certainly as it used for real poop it will fill up with methane so you def want to ventilate it before going inside in the future.

  • @LunkerFishing

When you got out of the stinky hole and the pump was fully connected I was glad to see that a grey colored threaded union was installed on the pipe leading to the pump. You were living in that trailer for two years. If you kept the fresh water tank full all the time, there could have been sediments building up in the bottom. Those sediments got stirred up with the move.
WRT water in the septic tank, on flat land with an empty septic tank, the tank could be forced up during a rain storm.

I never fail to learn something new from each video. Got lost briefly on the floor removal until I saw the
room extension move inward. Your smiling, positive demeanor made my day again ,Biata! An enormous amount of hard work to prepare & move,es then set up your trailer again at the house site. You are like the energizer bunny that never quits!. You beat Ole Man Winter in getting moved before the snow flies.
Happy for all of your success,Biata. 👍👍👍🤩🤩🙏🏻❤

Hey sweetheart about the camper flooring actually there's an easier way to get the slide in...so the slides have a little bit of wiggle room and you would of needed another person to help but you could have put some jacks under slide and jacked it up enough to slide over the flooring and you may have needed to put something like an extra piece of flooring for it to slide on to keep from scratching the installed flooring anyway for future reference but happy to see you're finally on your property and can wake up to your beautiful view every morning

You need a exterior filter on the outside going into the house. Which will allow you to filter all that darkness out coming out of the will

I have been watching you from day 1 and I must say that you are a very determined and talented young lady. There is nothing that you cannot do or figure out. Everything I have seen you do has been amazing to watch. I have not seen you moving your trailer before so today I have to say that watching you prep for the move and reinstall it all was impressive and fun to watch. Have a great week. Looking forward to the next video.
