Your an amazing practitioner. Loved that abg video. Could you if you want talk about acute/ chronic pain Managment, and my absolute least favourite overdose, alcohol withdrawal Managment? I have most NP not wanting to give anything except gabapentin, Tylenol or ofirmev and robaxin for severe pain. My alcoholics and addicts are the hardest to manage even on the vent. Some needed to be nimbexed . Question: why vented pt with lupus nephritis on ccrt with improved severe pneumonia/ ards once weaned off propofol with fentanyl left to control pain and precedex for anxiety has super high bp when awake? No history of high bp. Hm.
