You can apply yes But you may get declined for failing the SUBJECTIVE “Good Character” clause. Unless you have actually been jailed then you should be accepted and would have good grounds to request a review of any citizenship refusal based on your Article 8 rights (ie establish family or social life in the U.K.)
If you don't mind but what did you do? I may be going to court for careless inconsiderate driving for overtaking a car in a 30mph, I went 40mph during the overtake. There were no solid white lines.
