The price range for a 2 - 4 bedroom is $125,000usd to $205,000usd. With the pent house being $450 000usd.
There is a male locker room as well as a female locker room. 😊
These apartments should cost at most $40000!
@@gia4500 …then build yourself. Ghanaians need to understand free market principles. The builder builds with his funds and sets the price by whatever methodology. If you can afford it, great. If you can’t, just move on…nobody is insisting that you purchase. If nobody buys, the same market will force him to reduce the price. In my opinion with all the crazy stories about land and building in Ghana, this place is very good and gives you the piece of mind.

Why Ghanaians don't like greenish environment.. The gov't have to bring a very strong policy, to protect the environment. Not a single tree 🎄 its being plant in this estate... Very very sad.. How come gov't allow the property to commission.

I agree. I was looking for more trees. I did see some very small trees, but there needs to be more trees for an estate of this size and for these prices. Some Palm trees would be nice also.
I'm afraid palm tree is not suitable for our environment.. Because we live in Tropical zones , Palm trees 🌴 don't have proper oxygen and its not good for soil fertility

is not too late to plant trees....funny thing is, all these areas were full of trees and greenery naturally....they chop down all the trees and pour concrete !!!!
It is a concrete juggle to me, green environment makes your life better, cleans the air and give you shade from the sun. There is a golden opportunity for learning from the mistakes done in estate planning in the west where it has been recognised the impact of concrete environment to our mental health. Beautiful local trees all over that would make this place pleasant to live.
Inside and the facilities are good, but they need to plant more trees, flowers and greenery otherwise it looks like a prison camp from birds eye view

If they had a Walmart on the property, U would never have to leave. It's absolutely amazing.
They will also have a shopping mall and a hospital.

Nice estate and amenities but I miss greenery. Trees, flowers, grass. It's looks so bare. They really should pay more attention to the whole picture instead of just building. It's not good for the environment to remove everything. I also wonder who's going to buy these houses because though the amenities and the inside looks great, it looks like a project from the outside. Many locals can't afford to life here and repats rather build a house for this price than to life in a apartment, don't even have your own front door and lack privacy. I think they missed the mark with this one.

@@kennykross3306 it’s just my personal opinion, we all don’t have to like the same things. I love lots of trees, fruit trees, lots of flowers, and love to have space for growing herbs and my own food.
Europeans, Chinese, Lebanese, etc. will buy and push the locals out! The African leaders are selling out the country to their own ultimate demise.
very nice development...but please dig up some of the concrete slab and replace with big shade trees...neem tree, almond tree, mango tree....all theses are very big shade trees...thanks....is 2021 ...we have to see the tress and greenry !!!!!! it is first on the list !!!!

This property is nice but like other commenters have stated, the addition of greenery would make it better. I would prefer a compound style house instead of this western style housing, if I I were to purchase or build in Ghana. Although I've never personally done it, I love the idea of cooking outside in the yard. Doesn't look like you can do that here. You have truly become an ambassador for Ghana. Keep up the good work Jasmine!

Very lovely estate but I would have love to see trees and flowers within.
Very very well done with on-site sports activities. The prices are on the high side but I guess you are paying for all the well built, attention to details, central air condition, balcony space, appliances, back up water and electricity, elevators, I can go on and on. Yes more greenery please and on-site convenience store, daycare and a pharmacy will be great.

The issue around more plants, trees etc is well noted. My question would be what is the service charge for these amazing ameneties. AC for the sports hall is a huge expense. Great video thanks !! You continue to build great content.

The finishing is definitely international standard. Love it. They should plan similar in Tema area if they don't have one there already, weija Accra is not my preference. It's very great accommodation.

Alot of developments happening in Ghana, not enough people to buy them. Some developers run out of money as a result - you can see half built projects around Accra. Be mindful guys....
Becos is over priced. Real estate is also the perfect way to hide your money.

This condo (what we call apartments that you purchase in the USA) is more like units in the USA. I'm so excited to see a washer AND dryer as well as central air conditioning units in the home! In the U.S., our A/C units cool the entire home and not room by room! Four bed/3.5 bath and over 2000 square feet is AMAZING! As someone who is interested in purchasing property in west Africa, this complex outside Accra looks absolutely stunning! I will definitely look into this property as I don't want to give up the comforts I have in the US! SESOGlobal should convert this community to solar as that would be more affordable and environmentally conscious.
Maybe you should also try AYI MENSAH PARK, the company belongs to AAs. I will prefer those ones, and they are selling like hot cake. They are building more and more of their style of houses. The rate of real estates constructions in Ghana right now is mind blowing.everywhere. This is the future, and investment opportunities is just unbelieveble right now in Ghana.
Solar takes 15 years to be advantageous and by then the panels will need replacing. My brother-in-law installs it for a company in West Africa.
Solar is one of the biggest scams.
Capitalism of America keeps people consuming and wasting their money.
That is why they build their cars to only last 5-6 years at best....but it keeps them making money off the gullible.
