Greenbrier State Park - Campground, Beach, and Park Review - Maryland, MD

Lets' go see what all the fuss is about and do a FULL REVIEW of Greenbrier State Park in Maryland. The park has a shaded campground and has a lot more to offer than just a delightful and clean sandy beach area.
The campground has about 155 (mixed-use) campsite and a 42- acre freshwater lake with a beach, grills, picnic tables, and playgrounds. Further, campsites are available with or without electricity. I help you decide if staying here is worth your time and money. The "Cedar Loop" has 40 sites with electric hookups. Youth group camping is available. Campsites are suitable for tents, trailers and RVs. Each site also has a table, fire ring and grate. Campground amenities include drinking water, flush toilets, hot showers and a dump station. There’s also a playground, amphitheater and visitor center.
