In my opinion when it comes to chair massages or massages done while sitting upright, the faster and “rougher” the better. They feel so refreshing and you feel so recharged after. Of course it’s much different than laying in a spa and getting a smooth and fluid Swedish type massage but both have their own benefits. It’s amazing what just human touch can do. Even if something like this it is a bit esoteric in nature.
