My grandparents were married for 78 yrs. One of my last wonderful memories of them at 98 and 95 was seeing them sitting in the hospital. He's sitting close to her , whispering something in her ear and she's laughing. I wondered, what can be so funny after 78 yrs. LOVE and LAUGHTER
Our marriage happened when we were still dealing with things. The beginning has really been strained. I don't know how to really make this short cause it is really a lot. My husband is from Cleveland, Ohio and introduced me to you Pastor and Sister. I love him. Our journey is 10 years long with many errors on both sides. I know now I can't point one way cause I have to own my part and focus on allowing God to correct that . I am truly new in christ because I had been astray for a very long time. Plz will and can you lift us / my family up in prayer. God allowed me to have what I have wanted and even been disobedient to him for. So he said if I stay we have to be married. Because God had told me a few times to leave to let him fall. Because I need to focus in him and my husband is a distraction when it comes to my walk with him. But he allowed me to move forward. Because of that I need to I have to honor Christ in all that I do especially in my marriage. And I am doing it . Plz pray for us
I am a single woman and I really appreciate your honesty. I think that women sometimes get so offended when someone says that we need to put in effort to keep our man/husband interested physically. The way that you explained it is in a practical and real manner. I think that it may be hard for women to find balance with pleasing a man/husband and not losing themselves. But that's where the leaning on God, Holy Spirit, Jesus comes in, as well as, real communication between the two people. Thank you. I'm going to utilize your advice. Praise God!
I love this … and much of the difficulty is because some people did not take the time to learn balance and who they were/are as a single. It’s important to keep ourselves up period… but it’s hard to do that when you didn’t practice it before, when you don’t have a partner that is supportive etc. it’s hard to find that balance.
You must have Love ( friendship), Laughter, Lust ( stay in lust for your spouse and limit Lust for porno and external things/persons...go home), Live ( pursue/plan/ pray together), Lean on the good Lord at all times. Thank you for the straight talk.

Great teaching, my relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. The love of my life decided to leave me, Really love her so much, i can’t stop thinking about her. I’ve tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail, I’m frustrated because i literally can't envision my life with anyone else. I’ve done my best to get rid of the thoughts of her but I can’t, I don’t know why I’m saying this here, I really miss her and just can’t stop thinking about her..
Your feelings are understandable, It's always difficult to let go of someone you love, i was in a similar situation when my wife of 12 years left me, i couldn't just let her go. I did all I could to get her back, I had to seek the help of a spiritual adviser who helped me bring her back.

I'll never forget the time when my late ΑΦΑ (Alpha Phi Alpha) hubby removed his eyeglasses while in church. I was saved at the age of 16 and filled with the previous gift of the Holy Ghost! My husband found me in Church,I was not a street woman a clean woman in Love
With JESUS! But that was not my husband thought of are marriage. I never stopped trusting GOD for are marriage. My husband cheated on me for years, but God gave me children when I wasn't supposed to have children and I feel that God gave our children to get in His will and serve Him. So I can tell you this much I was and still am a beautiful woman in Christ. I know one true Truth about GOD'S WORD is a wise woman builds her house and a foolish woman tears down her house. You got to have wisdom and if a woman don't have wisdom in her marriage to seek God in her situation, love don't mean a thing for a man , you got to have true love for God more than true love for a man. 50 YEARS here. Wow, can t believe it's been that long. Definitely keep God, our Creator, in our marriage!! Don't know how a marriage makes it without the true God and laugh together and be forgiving. And, remember, no one's perfect.
