I have this laptop, but the next generation and it's exactly the same design. I have to say that I have no complaints with the quality of the product, it's a nice laptop, and it's not necessary to add an extra heat sink on the graphics chip because it's intel integrated and works really fine 39ºC all the time. I have to say that Acer is a nice brand, even using cheap quality and parts I've never found any problems on my 3 Acer laptops. The oldest is from 2007 (12 years), other from 2009 (10 years) and the newest from 2015 (4 years), and the three laptops are working perfectly since the first day. I'm very happy with this brand.

Why does resetting the bios make it work? The Bios was damaged in some way?
No but it can hang up just like any other programmable device. It is basically the brains of the board and sometimes they don't get all the bugs worked out.

Do it turns on sir even if the battery is not connected? Or do you have something to short on order to run that specific models without the charger?
aspire f15 f5-571-320g With mine no lights but there was a faint clicking from the laptop when plugged in.
LEFT IT FOR 30min and I could turn it on and get it working, battery software said 6%.
I hve the same problem like no lights power when i turning on its doesn't.
Its start during upgrading SSD and inserting my batt after ill finished put my ssd theres a message on bios that my battery has a problem the ill turning it off i plug out my batt. And turning it on again after that its on just a seconds and automatic off then on the power again and it wont ON and check my power lights theres no lights at all

i have the same laptop and the same problem but the matter is this that it only works 1 time with the same process which you did in the video but when i restart laptop it dont turn on again. i need to do the same process again. can you tell me where is the problem? i think some component dont discharge the power and laptop consider its already turned on.
How do you check 3.3v on power button when it is in the keyboard?
How did you reset the bios?
Remove Charger, battery and bios battery, put some wire between bios battery socket contacts, keep there for 30-60 seconds. Add bios battery back, laptop battery and charger. Now your laptop's bios was reset. :)
Wot the hell did you do just there: moved something here, moved a few cables there, reset the battery, turned it on and .. all good!?!?! Man i may as well try it to mine its an ACER E5-571/E5-351 series Z5WAH, try my luck i guess ...

My acer laptop suddenly went dead. Push button not turning On. I noticed my power supply went dead no light. Unplug power supply then the light turned On. Upon turning On the switch, the power supply went dead. What do you think is the possible defect? Thanks in Advance.

Help! if you can! Last year my laptop fell off and some parts included peaces that holds a screen are now broken E5 571. To make it work again ,can anyone confirm that I can buy laptop casing of either of V5 571 or F5 571 model and I could fit my hardware there? Is there as well a difference if I get a case from E5 575 or V5 575 or F5 575 models? I need to be sure before buying those spare repair casing. Is there ANYONE that can confirm that I could fit my MotherBoard from E5 571 to any of these? Thank you
Absolutely right. Don't buy cheap laptops. You will end up spending a lot of money on repairs or a new laptop.

Many isus is in the bios chip . Whit update in win 10 take damage bios chip . If take bios programmer (10 -15 Euro) solve meny problems . Sorry for my English .

it had to have a cooling pad or a cooling pad, I opened such a laptop and it had a thermal pad

You have a faulty charging port/ charger or you try to power up the laptop with a hp charger and of course will not work
