Could you tell me what train station did you get off to ride the holiday Inn shuttle? And how to walk there to get on the shuttle

I got off at Shin-Osaka (exit M12 or M13). There is no sign for the shuttle so I use Google maps to walk 10-12 minutes to the shuttle. When I took the shuttle to the station, I double check the pickup location at the bottom of the steps out (exit M12-M13).
