As Ken said: “too soon.” And even though I think there’ll never be a time when it’s not “too soon”, that’s just the most accurate way to describe the feeling. And don’t get me wrong! I love most dark humour- im just suggesting to take the audience into account.
I find it funny he said an underground fuel line discharging weapons, and yet his team showed up with flamethrowers in that same area. 😂
Don't get hung up on details, the more vague the explanation, the easier it is to manipulate the mind.

The fact that the Men in Black use the metric system is just heartwarming to me
They're smart enough to know that other countries outside of the US exist.
Most Federal departments and industry use the metric system we just use customary units in everyday life
I work on vehicles for a living. I loathe the imperial standard! Thankfully, every vehicle, no matter where they come from use metric now. America just does things for no good reason. Why is football called soccer? Why do we use gallons instead of liters? The list goes on and on.
@@ejkk9513 Most manufacturing as you noted is all done with metric as it makes more sense. There’s no good reason to change everything else deliberately as it’ll cost an excessive amount of money and is gradually conforming anyway. We call soccer that because that’s what it was originally named in Europe, they decided to call it football later.

Perfect use of cgi and practical effects. Use a practical suit alien for the limited movements and something for the actors to react to. Use the cgi alien for the angry rage running shots.

One of the biggest goofs in the film: During the chase, earlier on before he says NYPD, he says "LAPD!" At first I thought I was imagining things, but I rewound and checked and was like, holy crap!

@@kenlowe-ca New Bad Boys film out this summer so some studio still happy to roll the dice with him. I think he'll struggle to get his career back. I'm born in the 80s so grew up with Fresh Prince, I loved Will Smith but he let himself down terribly with that slap on what should have been his crowning achievement night, winning that oscar. He probably can't even look at it now.
