Just a side note, if you leave the pastry in the fridge for about 2 hours instead of 1, it rolls out beautifully, instead of pressing it in. Today I made 2 quiches at work, and the pastry rolled out so easily.
You're most welcome, thank you for your kind words. I really hope you try this recipe, it's so good, I made a big vegetarian quiche at work yesterday and it was a hit. The pastry makes it tastes so good.
Please try this, it is so good, and you can roll the pastry as well. I made this at work a few days ago to rave reviews, and I made it gluten free, so I could try it.

❤ this pastry recipe. What a ripper. So easy to remember quantities and no rolling or pre cooking. Have snaffled it and is added to my collection 😅
😄snaffled, so cute..... thanks Carla, I love this pastry and in this video both were gluten free.😉
a nice light recipe..😘
it's very good ♥
I’ve never heard of speck, it must be an Oz thing 🤷🏻♀️ looks yummy either way and I can’t wait to make this. I love quiche
Me too, it's so yum, warm or cold. Speck is just cured ham very similar to bacon, you could just use bacon.
