As much as I loved the Beastars anime, I wasn’t expecting to the love the manga even MORE. The artwork is just phenomenal, and world building is so compact. Def one of the few series that lived up to the hype 💚.
@@Weeabruh I’d save give it a shot. I’m not into the CG anime style either, but it’s just so good I hardly even notice it’s not 2D. And the music is AMAZING.
I think you’ll really like solo leveling volume 2, it’s really picks up the pace. I think it’s so good, would love to hear your thoughts on your next reading log
Nice haul and great commentary per usual! I am struggling to find some Arasawa volumes as well. I did find 20th century boys perfect edition volumes 5 through 12 from Alibris. If you buy direct through them it’s free shipping. I bought mine new for around $13 bucks each and received them in 4 days. Just a heads up. They have 7 and 8 of Monster as well.
Your reviews just keep getting better and better along with your presentations . On Pluto I gave up in frustration as Volume 3 was and is impossible to find anywhere these days . I finally got one on eBay months ago and it was in Spanish I was too lazy to ship it back for a refund - so if you would like a Spanish Vol 3 of Pluto it’s yours just provide me with a mailing address . You are a perfectionist like all who love the hobby so you may not want a “break” in the series with a Spanish edition bastard child . And SHIT Innocent didn’t catch my eye until you mentioned it’s about the 1789 French Revolution and surely the Five Year Reign of Terror when everyone “ate thier own “” and the incorruptible Robespierre himself succumbed to his insatiable thirst for power and blood his head fell into the Guillotine basket like 50K others including King Louis XVI and Queen Marie Antoinette.
love the video cant wait for the next haul a few days ago I read volume 1 of the Konosuba light novel its a lot better then the manga and now I see why a few months back I read 24 chapters of Solo Leveling online its really good and when are you gonna get to spy x family and did you get that volume of DevilMan yet

His name is Sung Jin Woo I hate how the Americans and Europeans translated it. In Korea you first say the family name and then the first name that's why they translate it Jin Woo Sung but I like his original Korean name pronunciation and I think it sounds better to pronounce it this way.

I wonder if I’ll like the anime at all, seeing the CG is off putting for me but at the same time it would be awesome seeing characters come to life
