So, the driver steered the car away from them and since an RC car doesn't have fine steering it over steered and flipped. Honestly, either way they probably wanted it to crash and the uneven weight distribution contributed to it flipping so dramatically.
The car would be more likely to flip because there needs to be grip and weight on it so it moves instead of skidding/ being too light and gliding many times and spinning.

i have a hot wheel mclaren p1, hot wheel cars are 1:64 scale of the real deal, so lets say my hot wheel went 10mph, just 10, times that by 64 meaning it would go 640 miles per hour making it fast af, 3:59, thats the logic here

Some RC cars have like 700W to 1KW power with a scale of 1/10 and a weight of just over 1kg or (for the lightest) 600g and let me tell you they're crazy fast.
I love this, I really do. But the part that makes it fast is not LEGO. It is still impressive that it held together, though. Also, the 32.6 mph is pretty standard for hobby grade RC.
