MY guy, you really need to review your choices better. Bellwright should not be on anyones list of upcoming games to look forward to. It's the game that Donkeycrew decided to abandon last Oasis for, and it's likely to get abandoned as well.
Best Games of 2023 can we expect? I got a voice acting background and have to say that Yuri Lowenthal's voice has been such an inspiration for me since the Prince of Persia Trilogy. His performance in Spidey 2 is amazing. The vocal training was really tough, sometimes without noticeable results for months but actors like him and the late Kevin Conroy are a great impulse to not give up. You almost saw me as Leon in those new RE games :)
Once Human looks great if they dont drop the bag Pacific Drive looks like if Firewatch had gameplay and if STALKER had a car (saw someone say that somewhere lmao) Palworld isnt too bad currently, give it a few months might be one of the top fun survival games (not if going for realism/tactical however) Nightingale i think is about to have a beta or something that looks pretty unique Avowed got announced to be released sometime soon actually Q1-Q2 2024 Rooted honestly ive forgotten about and they havnt released much about it Enshrouded looks pretty good as well, they havnt released much on it but that also looks pretty nice, EA release soon i think
Great video. Glad you included a V Rising 1.0 shoutout at the end. Would have loved to see a Valheim Ashlands shoutout as well. Enshrouded is looking like my new survival game of 2024, and its out next week.
We've been playing throughout the beta and have to say, by the end of it today, they've made substantial patches, bug fixes, and adjustments. Really good to see.
@@LegacyGamingUS yeah I've done pretty much all there was to do (reached lvl 47). And throughout my playtime they did a lot of patches which was surprising to me since I've never seen a team fixing a closed beta so much. But still it wasn't a completely smooth experience (which is understandable considering it's expected in 6+ months easily), and I still enjoyed it despite every bug I got, it's a promising game for sure.
2023 was not great for survival games, 2024 promises to be better in that regard. But there is no game that excites me incredibly and that promises to bring a real renewal to the genre, a big evolution (Nightingale seems to be the one that stands out the most, however)
IT is an okay game, it is a bunch of half baked ideas all put together. They took half the content from the unfinished other game they have called craftopia.
PalWorld is a blast to play and I think Legacy you have missed the mark with your review. While you're more hard core than most people I think you were not the target but the real target is the majority of players. This game is not only fun but its fun for everyone which is the mark here. Ever wanted to play a survival game with your partner but she never likes your games well PalWorld is about to change that for you. Great game to experience with a partner or with your kids. Because the game is also very easy to start a private server I can tell you I have more people on my server for PalWorld than I ever had with Ark, Conan, or Valheim. Because playing with friends is the major point of these games PalWorld so far has killed it and with the game being 30$ I will say I have gotten my moneys worth already and have no plans to stop yet. PalWorld is also in early access yet I have not really seen any major bugs. I was able to speed fly through a wall and fall but I landed at my base and lost nothing because I didn't die very nice job on that.
Unfortunately nothing here interest me. Looking more forward to some of the new FPS games coming. As far as survival I'm hoping SCUM gets to 1.0 very soon where they're adding ARMED NPCs which is something I believe the game was sorely missing given the map that's far too big for its own good!
Palworld: what I saw of the trailers of this convinced me to remove Craftopia from my wishlist. (It's STILL in EA.) I don't think sweatshops, slavery, and apparently cannibalism are what the genre needed, even if they built some kind of proper management UI and, like... made a world worth exploring. Nightingale: 🤐 Looking forward to the NDAs dropping. Really, the only thing I'm actually looking forward to in this is Once Human, as most of it's really not close enough to done or close enough to excellent yet. Oh, and Pacific Drive.
Donkey crew should first finish Last Oasis, that is a trully original and good game, makes no sense that they are working on a game that is not original and there are already 1000 games like, i for one will never play it. I will never understand that way of thinking.
Sadly we just didn't enjoy it. Pals overall were fun but we were very disappointed with the actual survival aspect of the game and the lack of things to really do outside of the Pals themselves. We feel it'll improve hopefully over time.
Public service announcement. Do not buy or play Bellwright. It's a game made by a company that's famous for abandoning their games. You'll be wasting your money
Nightingales art kinda proves they used all 3rd party resources for environmental stuff like foliage and trees because they are terrible at character modeling which is fine but the game looks pretty ugly when those blocky char models pop up. This is nirmal for comoanies but you can see the drastic difference in style. Its kinda lame lol,
Donkey Crew trying to make a game again with Bellwright.....HELL NO! They had no clue what they were doing with Last Oasis and the red flags were there during the NDA Closed Testing. Of course once it came out the obvious caught up with them and LO STAYED a mess the whole time and failed. Now they call themselves trying to once again make a big game. Even worse is that they're messing with a complex NPC deal compared to the mere monkeys they did in Last Oasis. Anyone with any sense would avoid Bellwright at all cost...have DC pay YOU to play their game. I imagine a closed NDA test is coming with this game as well. Can't have the public see how badly they're developing the game before they start charging!

You forgot "Pacific Drive" hell of a car survival dream!
Is that thumbnail a peace of art or a character from a game?

I wake up each day and play a survival game.
This comment right here 🔺
Are you winning or barely surviving ?
We eating good this year bois

Lots of good looking survival games coming up! Honorable mention to Pacific Drive, been following that game for a while and it looks awesome.
Once Human looks great if they dont drop the bag

Nightingale i think is about to have a beta or something that looks pretty unique
Avowed got announced to be released sometime soon actually Q1-Q2 2024
Rooted honestly ive forgotten about and they havnt released much about it
Enshrouded looks pretty good as well, they havnt released much on it but that also looks pretty nice, EA release soon i think

Surprised no mention of Myth of Empires. Comes out 2/21.
Thanks man enjoyed the video very well done and narrated 👍👍
Glad you enjoyed it!
@@LegacyGamingUS glad you made it 🙂
Enshrouded, Nightingale, Dragons dogma 2
DG2 is not a survival game
🧐 nightingale seems like quite a bully of a good time.
Enshrouded looks incredible
The Alters sounds interesting and I am looking forward to Enshrouded and Nightingale.
Once human is really interesting and I can't wait to try the release build with less bugs etc ...

Super excited for Enshrouded!!! 4 days!!! YaY!!!
Winter survival is just The Long Dark
Would have been nice if you added the release date...

That you didn't enjoy Palworld is crazy (this video didn't age well) because it's the #1 game in the world atm lol
IT is an okay game, it is a bunch of half baked ideas all put together. They took half the content from the unfinished other game they have called craftopia.
They also stole so much of their game from other games it is crazy.
One thing I don't like is you don't tell what systems it's on
Soulmask!
Still can't believe palworld is real
Anyone play it yet? Having fun?
@ThrustWithVigor I like it its not bad so far. If they update it I can see it being successful
Looking forward to a full Valheim release but Enshrouded looks great as well.
Oh man, full release of valheim will be cool... only gotta wait 4 more years.
V Rising is soooo good.

im gonna stay far away from bellwright after what they did to last oasis.

Yep, super skeptical of that one as well. I still dream of Last Oasis and what it could have been...

That's why we put the disclaimer there about that one lol
Survival games without PvP are extremely boring.
Bad takes on Palworld 😅
Every unreal game environmentals look ths same, speedtrees making money i guess
Enshrouded YES, Palworld HELL NO lol, craftopia wasn't that good.
Play Palworld it’s amazing
