Yeah I’m British, and when he showed the image I was thinking “that sign looks like Asda” and I was looking for this exact comment from a British person to say something about it.
The "Do not enter, Entrance only" is when your inside a place, but the other way is the entrance and everyone can only use that way to GO IN the place.
The last one about the entrance sign, its from where you would exit, which is why it says do not enter (if you were gonna exit), and it means this door is only for entrance.
