Hmm is khanda/phylactery damage applied before or after the dunk? Qojkva did this build in a video and I seem to recall that the damage came after which makes it kind of bad, but maybe I'm wrong, and it can still be good with battle hunger.

Not sure if he plays againts low rank Viper, or it is just high rank plays where they focus on last hitting instead of harrasing.
On my legend rank, the viper will right click the F out of me eventhough he only gets 2 creep each wave.
