Do you have auto download on and watch on mobile? I had the same issue, TH-cam knew I watch Waga videos so it tries to download then. And then it automatically uses the downloaded version first so it's lower quality

Allowing pretty much any random hero to scale into late game one shotting people is one of the worst things that has happened to dota over the past years. The definition of "carry" used to mean something, now, it's just a hero that is slightly stronger in the late game.
Willow and all these other mids/supports that can just roll face in the late game suck balls.
