When I was still in the Philippines I came to know an Australian who is homeless, people help him by giving food and clothes . He is lucky that a man from my town helped him for his ticket to go back to Brisbane.
Imagine rrying to do this in any West Coast USA city. Nobody would talk to you Youd be robbed 3-4 times And youd be looking for 1 injured homeless man among 10,000 such homeless men

Sadly there are many conmen expats in Asia who borrow money for a living. Lots of these guys have lived depraved lives of crime and drugs. All of these commenters should save their concern and donations for needy Filipino children.
You could contact the local barangay to alert them, as they may also know of him, and possibly they could also alert the homeless guys embassy, that way they will be made aware of his situation also.

Foreigners can only work in the Philippines if they are on a work visa from their home country. You can't move to the Philippines, and get a job. You need to make sure you have income from a pension or savings to support yourself...
Illegal for a foreigner to work here. that’s why it’s imperative to have substantial savings and a decent pension or Social Security. I read one guy on old dogs channel came over with 30,000 dollars and thought he could live here on that 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
Some of them only understand a few english and some are having a hard time with the accents. Youre a moron, at least they can understand and speak your language even a little.
yes and there’s no mental health programs or homeless shelters in the Philippines. .. immigration needs to document foreigners income and financial solvency..

Let them be homeless, way to many locals more deserving. If their family hates them back home and can't get no support, let them be. You can't fix that.
I’m tired of hearing about these pathetic losers that slip thru the cracks and come to the Philippines with either no documentation of income or assets. they give ex- pats a bad name- overstaying visas, running out of money in six months and becoming homeless.. part of the blame can be put on vloggers who tell these broken, old men that they can “ live” on 600$ a month in the Philippines 🙄🙄 immigration needs to do a better job of vetting these losers. I think anything less than 150,000 minimum in the bank and at least a 1200$ a month pension should be a requirement. other countries like Thailand and Mexico- ithink require substantially more income now to get residency.
