@@romi6807 Pantheon, Aspect of War took over His body when he deemed him unworthy and not strong enough to fight Aatrox The World Ender. Later Aatrox fight and kill Pantheon The Aspect of War but Atreus survived. After he healed Atreus pick up Pantheon weapon and defeat Aatrox.
The Mist rise the dead so the Pantheon that died inside Atreus was rise and took over his body once more.

Ooooo, Targon would be an amazing region for them to visit. Might be some crazy whiplash after Arcane with it being all tech based and Targon sounding more similar to Greek God's and whatnot, but to see Panth become the spotlight and all this epicness? It'd be awesome.
@@chrisvieau6781 it wilö probably happen later on. I think they will start their cinematic universe with more grounded storylines to ease the viewers into the world and gradually tackle more out of this world themes like marvel did. I think thats the right way to do it.

@@chrisvieau6781 Thats actually a big reason as to why im lowkey worried about the future of their animations. Arcane is fantastic and we all know it but im pretty sure general audiences found it a lot easier to digest because it is very steampunk-like afterall. With actual themes to get behind such as poverty, political issues etc. Every other place is Runeterra leans WAYYY more into the fantasy aspect. I for one would *love* every bit of it but idk if it would land as well with general audiences.

This man is so chad that even after getting ruined by Viego and losing his powers and being depressed, he chose to keep fighting even keeping up with Leona that he eventually regained his celestial powers by sheer force of will.

I just want to remind all of you that in his lore it was said Pantheon wasn't special among his comrades. But thanks to him not giving up he achived more than any of them could. And we also can be like him. We can do many heroic and amazing things if we belive in ourselves. Be strong and keep on trying and someday you will eventually reach your goal!

Something I jst noticed: at 2:39, there are five primary notes that get higher and louder each time, just before cutting off to replay the epic "chorus". Just like in game, where he has to charge five times before using his empowered moves with his passive!

Pantheon has inspired me to take greater intiative and care about my physical health.
Whenever i want to get that rush of motivation, I remind myself of his many quotes.
Every failed rep will have me stand up and face it again.
Funny how a fictional spartan god makes me act before any real person.
This is sign: these characters carry weight and meaning far beyond any sales and outplay clips they generate.
Their stories can move us in so many ways, sometimes even without our notice.

Here once again after reading the recent story regarding the ruination event, leaving a broken man that wants to stop, that doesn't want to continue fighting, later in the cinematic "The Call" we see him once more, that same broken man, powerless fighting against an aspect 1 on 1, human vs god, no retreating, he gets hit by a celestial star, he falls and at the bottom he sees the reality, his will stronger than any god, he regains his powers and gets up. We see that the stars are beyond his reach and so he grasp his spear and takes aim.
Riot's music team is constantly the one part of the company that has never messed up and IDK if they will at this rate

0:00-1:18 Atreus, a warrior son to battles a thousand times lost and brother to soldiers resting beneath wheat ascended Mount Targon. The weight of all his defeats heavy on his shoulder, he climbed the bitter cliffs of the mountain until even shame could not keep up with his resolve: to obtain greater power from the godly Aspects in hopes to defend his people. Reaching the top, the sky opened to a realm beyond comprehension and the Aspect of War, Pantheon, gazed through into the mortal’s soul. For centuries, those that scaled Targon’s peak deemed worthy were blessed with the Aspect’s divine powers they were welcomed with. But rather blessing Atreus with his strength, Pantheon took possession of Atreus’ mortal body as his unwilling host. On that day a man did not descend from Targon’s peak, but a god, rising as a beacon of celestial might. Pantheon’s light streaked skywards, setting the stars in his constellation ablaze as he took up spear and shield to carry out his divine and heroic deeds along with his legend. The god combed the lands for the dreaded Darkin, demonic beings forged in a bygone age, in self-imposed justice. Pantheon earned many exalted battles against them. Whether it be on land, ocean, or sky he would be there to snuff out their darkness. He felt this feat was only something he must fulfill, as it would prove too much for a disgraceful mortal like Atreus. But at the very least, his body would serve Pantheon’s godhood purpose well, basking Pantheon in the glory he's always sought for as the Aspect of War.
1:19-2:05 Pantheon faced a Darkin like none he's ever seen. One who thirsted for the top of Mount Targon that spelled danger to all other Aspects. Its heart colder and darker than the blackest corners of the arctic regions of Freljord, Aatrox. His name loathed by both mortal, and especially Aspect, earning him the title of God Killer and World Ender. Pantheon clashed with the Darkin in the skies. Their fight raged and shook the stars itself in a storm of transcendental might, leaving the Earth at their battle’s mercy. Mortals below could only find themselves swept by the two immortals' wrath as the Earth shattered. Until Aatrox fulfilled his namesake. The God Killer had slain the god. Freeing Atreus of the aspect that held his body hostage, but also robbing him of the divine powers that allowed him to protect those he cared for, leaving him nothing but a powerless shield and spear.
2:06-2:46 A band of barbarians were unfortunate enough to cross paths with Aatrox as they found themselves under siege by the Darkin’s fury months later. "Pantheon" returned to face Aatrox once again standing between them. Not as the Aspect of War, but as Atreus himself. A man who had known nothing but defeat driven by his unfettered will and resolve to protect those around him. Aatrox's unrelenting and mighty blows leave Atreus helpless and on the edge of defeat. Striking Atreus to his knees that have been all too familiar to the ground. The cries of those around him ring like a siren, urging him to stand once more as all seems hopeless. Atreus can hear all their voices rekindling not only his unyielding will but the power of the Aspect of War in both shield and spear. Their light, his light, was shimmering. Just like that of Pantheon's rise.
2:47-3:31 Atreus yelled with his returned godly might clashing his spear and shield against the World Ender's greatsword sending magnificent sparks and flares that put the heaven's light to shame. Aatrox in the heat of battle is completely taken aback by Atreus' returned surge of power that felt even greater from that of Pantheon. No... it wasn't that Atreus was stronger. It was that the Aspect's weapons were inflamed by the unimaginable will of a mortal to fight off death itself. Heavier than Atreus’ spear was the weight of fulfilling one life no god could match. With a celestial leap, Atreus came streaking down like a comet with his spear blazing. Severing the Darkin's arm as he fell to his knees with his demonic blade. For the first time, Atreus was, at last, the final man standing. This time as a mortal over a god killer. The god may have died, but the man that is Atreus lives. He was now a new Pantheon.

They won't, because if Aatrox wins in the cinematic, Pantheon players will get triggered, but if Pantheon wins, Aatrox players will get triggered. Maybe they could get away with ending it with a cliff hanger, like both of them screaming and charging each other, and then you see the casual LEAGUE OF LEGENDS symbol and that's it.

Pantheon's new lore is so inspiring. Atreus was deemed 'too weak' to be the new Pantheon, and so the Aspect basically took over his body, rather than let Atreus wield the power. Aatrox killed the Aspect with his God-Killing Blade, which restored Atreus' consciousness, but Atreus refused to die playing the gods' games, and so through sheer willpower, nursed his body back to health and now has full control of all the powers of the Pantheon, without being shackled to the will of the Aspect.
Oh, that scar on his chest? Aatrox impaled Pantheon on his blade, and when Atreus' consciousness returned, he spat in Aatrox's face while bleeding to death. POGCHAMP.

@@ataberkkose6266 minor correction: Aatrox was trapped long after the battle of Icathia, but afterwards all the ascended that fought against the Void were tainted, and with the Void Rift sealed, they had no one else to fight, so they fought among themselves, then the world, and so the threat was so big that the Aspect of Twilight gave the mortals the knowledge on how to seal the corrupted ascended ( or Darkin as we know them now ) in their own weapons.
