Helpful advice with Naveah’s hair take her to a stylist who is experienced in biracial hair . Her hair seems heavy from a lot of oily products :( she has a beautiful curl pattern that they would help her bring out and maintain :)

I suffer with really bad anxiety and I did the food shopping on my own on Friday and I always watch your vlogs so I just thought of you while I shopped. I took my list and a pen and I just took it slow and shopped how you shop and it really helped. Your videos inspire me so much

Yay! You’re making the Philly cheesesteaks I suggested! I’m so excited to see that! Pro tip: because you bought whole steaks, you need to slice them suuuuper thin before cooking them. Put the steaks in the freezer for about 30-45 minutes and it will make it SO much easier to slice paper thin ❤

I think having extra food in the house is a must. What happens if you can’t get to the store for a week always good to have extra food.
There us a massive difference between having extra food in the house and over buying and having out dated food sitting everywhere.
She spends thousands (2 to 3 thousand) every week.
As the youngest of 12 kids all growing up in 1 house (plus parents so 14 people under one roof), the shopping is like half of what she buys. And yes, we always had extra food in the house.

Have you watched any other large family vlogs shopping haul they don't even do as much as you and don't waste as much food. And that's for a week😂😂
Humidifiers can actually make you get cold symptoms like cough and congestion so try to get of those for a while. Ac can also get you cold symptoms and especially if you constantly go from dry air (ac ) to humid air like you do in the summer 🫢
You are buying for a weeks grocery yet you have so many items left in your pantry. If you are always buying for a week only, shouldn’t your pantry empty from your last grocery shopping? It means you are buying too much of what your household needs.
A lot of her kids have food insecurity in the past, having empty shelves can cause anxiety and stress.

Shouldn’t she have an inventory and prepare a meal plan based on what she have on her pantry to dispose old stocks of canned goods? I think she’s just doing things for the views.

I love the grocery hauls! Mostly because the USA has the most fantastic grocery stores! So much range and variety ❤ our stores here in New Zealand are so boring. I wish we had a Wegmans here!
Got ice cream for dogs once. A Great Dane /Doberman and a pitbull. Neither would eat it! They normally got regular vanilla ice cream. Nope, no more spoiled than the rest of the kids.
Our Doberman likes the doggie cups! 😊! But…he loves human ice cream also! Lol

When my kids have bad allergies and can't stop coughing, I will usually rub vicks vapor rub on the bottom of their feet and cover it with socks and it usually helps them from coughing alot at night.
Did you need cheese whiz or easy cheese. There are two different cheeses. Yeah....I found out the hard way😂. Love watching your shopping hauls.
Alisha, an idea for you would be to do 'The Three Rivers challenge" for a month. Only use food and drinks you already have. It would be interesting to watch you make meals. You have such a variety of foods in stock I don't think anyone will suffer. If you talk to the family they may be able to ration their snacks to last the month. It would be interesting and probably good viewing for us. You may still need to buy bread and milk because of storage.
Most of the kids have food insecurities. Having a full pantry and fridge helps them cope with that. Also you never know when you might have trouble getting to the store or if you have a major weather event.

Myself and 5 of my 6 children are asthmatic. They can be fine during the day but at night, the cough is worse! Allergies (pets, hay-fever etc) can all agrevate their asthma. Also changes in weather (suddenly hot -cold) can also make it worse!
I'm in the UK so I'm not sure how it works over there for you, maybe ask your doctor about asthma and ask if she can try an inhaler and see if it helps her.

you can buy what u want but I know your kids n well your family have health things but that sazon is full of msg we used to use n I noticed when I used I didn't feel good throat scratchy n tounge hurts n had.l8ke Lil bumps sores n would last for few days . well I had made a big pot of food for party n we ate it n leftover for lukeb3 days. my nephew tummy hurt n had a.migrain I took him to hosp n they did test n finally a dr said we see on his chart he allergic to msg n migrain can be triggered by msg . well they treated him n we went home I looked on all my spices n seasoning n low n behold sazon loaded with msg I threw in trash . I was on o2 n was at my other sister's for 4th if July n family came from Cali n Arkansas Missouri she made tom basil n cheese I ate it n started weezing n took bendryl following week was at dr told him he ordered tests n 3weeks later told me your allergic to MSG n BASIL. extremely to basil so I read backs of everything now. n I now make everything we eat from scratch. I buy no canned goods but sweet cond milk n evaporate milk. no boxed items but plain noodles. I made my own bread n bread Crumbs. just a heads up on msg n itherthing in food we Americans are consuming
I'm allergic to Basil & hate the taste of all the Italian seasonings. I cook all my meals from scratch so I know what's in my food.
My kids go thru phases with cereal too. And never for breakfast always for a snack 🤣

Have you thought about getting reusable batteries? You can just recharge them and save from buying new batteries so often.

Hi, love the shopping hauls! The berries looked amazing, I have been unable to find good looking strawberries but the blueberries are delicious. The doggie ice is a hit in our house as well. @@jamiekendall7245All extensive septic system work requires permits, which they may not be able to get anymore. Based on how close their neighbors are, I would not be surprised if their locality is moving away from septic systems entirely because there has to be a certain amount of space between each system. People on here act like you can just get these systems fixed at a drop of a hat, but there is a lengthy process for extensive work.

You don’t really need hard shell for tacos just use the regular tortilla with a little oil and you may want to try chula or Valentina sauce if you want the salsa to have good flavor and spiciness

Because they younger kids get pouches and the bigger kids get the cups
Sometimes cough in children be a sign of a parasite infection, this is pretty common, especially in families with pets and domestic animals. If there is no relief from allergy medicine in the next 24 hours, consider testing for parasites, or just get a medicine against pinworms.
i put bins in my catering fridge and put my beats in thoes as i own a catering business . tell i can put it in bags or vaccume seal it.

Lol, I always wrap the meat in a bag and I never even noticed she never did. I can’t stand it when you pick up a package of meat and it’s kinda tacky from a spill maybe. Yuck. I love how there are bags in the meat department now….don’t have to steal a bunch from produce and look weird, lol!

that sounds like a food allergy i have, i don't cough all day until i eat dinner and it has the food i'm allergic to in it. or i will cough during the day if the food i've had for lunch has the food i'm allergic to in it. she might be developing allergies. Not all allergies develop the same.
