What gets me is why is this scammer different? Out of the HUNDREDS of NFT scams in the last 5-6 years, why did the FBI all of a sudden begin to care about this particular scammer? What about all the OTHER scammers that have been successful...? Is anyone that got scammed going to see a dime of their $ back? I think we all know the answer to that one...Not mad that they are finally doing SOMETHING, but why did it take this long?
I think It’s because it involves a centralized currency instead of crypto. Kira stated that the scam never traded in bitcoin like it promised, but actually in like, normal stocks? Idk I’m not a Wall Street Stocks guy.

It's been discovered that EminiFX had well over $110,000,000.00 ! An amount exceeding what you said would be required to pay every investor on their promised returns. Did you know that? Were you also aware that Eminifx also had other investment instruments? The receivership thus far, has identified over 49 real estate properties which were in the process of closing. Investors were aware of these other investments. Eminifx is not BlackRock, but interest earned on Real estate acquisitions of BlackRock makes Eminifx's promised returns look like child's play. Let's see how it all plays out. Blessings

Paused the video just to say that the ad narration made me want to play this game. Well done sir I love it, you really know how to put things into words. Especially the pokemon one lol
Loving the recent quality, the small touches of sound effects really show your passion, keep it up
We Need new Updates...becos Eddy plea not guilty...if he was a scammer do you think he could have open an office in the Heart of New York and a bank account with bank of America.....go ask boa why they are holding 14m dollar of a eminifx Money and why the receivership is paying himself and his Friends with Eminifx investors Money.....they said its a Ponzi scheme... Why are the collecting a Ponzi scheme Money and sending It to their account....guys wake up and start asking urselfs some good questions....
@@thekolourofseam yes in fact if he was a scammer he could do that, they have done so before. Sounds like your smoking too much bullshit fed to you and not doing enough research.
i rarely comment but that sponsor description was exceptional, the only time ive ever wanted to hear a sponsor ad twice
My god, the stock "corporate upbeat epic music" is such a red flag...
I think I heard it tens of times already all in commercials that promise a great and bright future that will change your life, you just have to give them money.
The amount of times you hear it in Kickstarter scams lmao, it's basically the corporate cheerful ukulele
I love these documentary style videos of yours, they're always very fun and interesting to watch
Only people that Get your humor understand these sponsorships 😂. Good work 👍
When that eminiFX ad played I instinctively looked for the skip ad button.
Happy Friday! Super happy to get that fresh Kira. Got me hooked. Enjoy the weekend everyone
You too brother
Sometimes I wish I was unscrupulous.
Bangin vid bro. Cheers.
Judge grants bail even though he's a flight risk and if he flees he won't get extradited. Bail gets paid. He's going home to live like a king for the rest of his life at the expense of dumb money.
This also highlights that people are also ok with seeing the number they have for their cash digitally, and just believe that it's what it is. This just knocks online and digital funds as a mess.
you seem to have a lot of interesting sponsors lately. I doubt I'll spend more than a month with these games, but I'm definitely interested in trying them out. Thanks for bringing them to our attention, I doubt I'd have ever heard of Noah's Heart otherwise.
You’re killing it and I’m loving it, couldn’t of happened to a better person on this platform ! Ash always do what makes you the happiest because it makes all of us happy ❤️
Thanks buddy
Omg the Noah's Ark game reminds me so much of Genshin Impact (which I love and adore and need more of in my life) and I'm SO IN. Oh god I can't wait until it's launched!!!
It's weird how people are ready to spend a large part of their life behind bars just to scam people out of their money.
Money is a great motivator
I really appreciate the production value, however, some SFX feel slightly inconsistent with the rest in terms of volume. This may be distracting to some at some points. Watched the video twice. Once for the content, once for the Sound design. Big fan of Your work.
Love your stuff Kira ❤️
Also Kira really went nuts with the sound effects on this one X)
This is one of the best channels on youtube lately i like to watch when eating
So now KiraTV is KitaInvestigations.
I like it.
Love this guys sense of humor man, can’t ever wait for the next vid
The last guy was going through the first stage of "Five Stages of Grief," which is denial.
@@FRD-vr1hw That would make sense...
Nice editing on this one! Thank you for not going with the bouncy text thing.
"If something sounds too good to be true, it usually is."
7:50 "!Hello fellow kids, let me use these meme words in the wrong context" .mp4
Dammit, dude, even your ads crack me up.. Love the new format!
lol i zoned out and thought the game plug was a kickstarter scam
Glad you getting the bag with these sponsorships!
They need to pay you double for that ad.
and by that I mean you actually mad eme want to preregister for a game I would not have otherwise played
The first ad i actually found entertaining pretty funny
I like how Kira's watermark looks like it's a badge on the recording guy's chest around fourteen minutes in. =P
I bought some dogecoin, and bailed after losing like, 8$... decided I just wasnt gonna do well at this crypto thing, so i'll walk away.
that was last year.
I'm really glad i never went further down the rabbit hole into any of this mess.
awesome video man, thanks for shining a light on this stuff. it's bonkers.
I kind of want the law to wait a little while longer to catch up. To make sure everyone who promotes this "decentralization" get's scammed at least once.
Very nice videos recently. Really digging the quick outro! 👏🏻
There are many reasons to like your videos…
But the sponsor spot is definitely one of the biggest ones!!!
Hey Kira, love your videos man. I hope you keep making videos for many years to come.
:)
1:45... Love the Pokemon reference in the ad!
Wow! I'm sure he will try to flee somehow considering the prison time he is facing.
Solid as always. Thanks for the vid.
I know sometimes, taking calculated risks are needed.. the problem is when the person calculating doesn't know how to math.
I don't feel bad for anyone that gets scammed by something easy to see through like this and still tries defending the person after they got arrested by the FBI
This is great content. I am enjoying your crusade against the scammers.
Anyone else having the problem with signing up for the MMO? I get "invalid email" error no matter what I type in, including verification
Blessings
Hahaha okay Mr. CFO
The idiots let him out on bail?! He’s gone. We will never see him again.
3M dollars is a huge payday for a bounty hunter to track him down.
The real question is how did he pay it, since he's not supposed to be able to use the dammed funds to do so.
I'm no investor. But that ad sounds just like a Ponzi scheme.
What the fuck? This is just an MLM for fuckin tech bros.
