Lured me in with the title, kept me with the nice shots and windy, cold, rainy weather I can only envy.

I loved your two part series on Route (A)66. The stills are amazing. After seeing hundreds and hundreds of uninteresting and cliched landscape images, yours are fresh, dazzling, and beautiful. Your Turner-esque sense of the beauty of the light is what sets your images apart.

Fantastic photos, always hard to pic a favorite, but...Man...that shot @3:55...Stunning! 👌
Great vlog once again Mr. Craig, with excellent music and humor as well!

My neck of the woods here. You can always capture something wonderful. Liked this video. To help with battery life in cold weather, buy some 2 inch wide black elastic, sew it into a circle large enough to fit around your camera body then buy three hand warmers...the type you snap to release heat...hey presto extended battery life in extreme cold weather....works every time for me so hope it helps you guys.

I’ve said it before you are the best blogger(photographer )on TH-cam, the use of the different aspect ratios in the OM system the NOT having to chase sunrise and sunset just great compositions with superb light ,thank you very much and happy new year 👍

Well, this is it, I've almost seen them all. This roadtrip was rather unique. Thank you for that. I will now start longing for new ones. Anyway you already taught me to have a kind of "composition eye" wide open everywhere I get. Merci beaucoup.

Drove along part of Route 66 years ago (on the way from Las Vegas to Grand Canyon) and it was 103F in the shade - a bit different from your jaunt. Another inspiring video and I think, some of your best ever shots. That coastline is amazing.
May you have a safe and happy 2018 and keep the videos coming - definitely the most enjoyable photography channel on TH-cam. Regards from Downunder.

Brilliant Craig as always. Castlerigg Stones I got very frustrated with, spent a whole week there trying different times But the place always had bloody people sitting on the stones!! no matter what time of day. Eventually through a hissy fit and gave up going else where. As you can see I'm well named. Lovely shots and video.

Epic episode (Loving this first roadtrip serie). Again raising the level for 2018. T. Heaton should watch & learn ;-) (hehehe... just kidding him, no competition of course). • @geoffchalcraft9432

I agree - I often see Craig waxing lyrical about something or other that he's seeing and I'm thinking, "what's he on about now? I can't see a picture there"..... then he produces something very special to show us. A magician! Really enjoy the quirky humour too. Happy New Year, Craig.... keep 'em coming! (and the A66 is FAR more interesting than Route 66, though it could do with a few more coffee shops).
