This won't matter to you but it does to me, I put my life on the line for people like you. I did so for 25 year's. I was a good cop and honored to serve my nation and then county. I never did what you imply. Nor did anyone else I worked with. And I would still, if called to do so, put my life in danger to protect someone. Even people like you. You slander every woman police officer who has died in the line of duty. There are quite a few. They've left behind loved one's who are crushed by their loss. I feel sorry for you Juan.

Depression doesn't mean crying all the time. To be fair, he was acting kinda erratically. Like, I get he was sad but I am just saying I understand why she would assume he was on something. He seemed very impaired. Hopefully things worked out for the poor guy. I kinda fee sorry for him..
seriously man, during the height of my depression I would get several tear spells every week, depression makes your reality unbearable.

When you've been depressed long enough you actually don't cry that much, you become mostly apathic. Ofcourse there's moments when you do cry, but you do feel pathethic because it's so intense when it suddenly happens.
Might just be my personality though, I've been chronic depressed for 14 years. It will never go away I think, but I've learned to live with it, the alternative (suicide) is not an option anymore, for respect to my loved ones, so I just have to get through this life. It's short in the cosmos scale anyway.
@@user-nk5es9iy8i same for me, I first started to have symptoms of depression when I was 16 and I used to ball my eyes out constantly to the point I’d get a splitting headache from tensing my whole head so much…I’m now 30 and I can’t remember the last time I cried: didn’t even cry or have a reaction when my mum told me that my sister had cancer. I just get through the work week like a zombie, then drink and watch t.v all weekend. I feel the same way that I just don’t want to be here anymore but for the sake of my family (my mum mostly) I don’t have an option but to just get through it

This is unfortunately too true too much of the time. Thankfully the tide seems to be gradually turning, with more men being given the benefit of the doubt by having police take their complaints seriously. Women are also being held accountable more frequently for their actions and rightfully being taught the lesson that if men don’t have the right to put their hands on a woman with the intention to harm them, then women don’t have the right to do that either. It’s been a frustratingly slow process, but the manner in which more and more police departments handle domestic violence is gradually improving. Gone are the days when EVERY woman was ALWAYS believed to automatically be the victim while EVERY man was ALWAYS assumed to be the aggressor.
@Will Herman yeah they talk about income inequality and stuff, but in the end it's the man who has to deal with stuff like this. It's the man who is expected to pay for the meal or open the door. Unless they even out the playing field for men too, there should be some income "inequality." In the end men have more strength to do stuff and equal is just not fair. Women should be paid more then they are, but as long as the playing field is *not* equal there should not be total equality. If there is then your suppressing men.

Proceeds to arrest only the man who has proof of abuse and a witness while ignoring the woman with almost no proof just because she called first.
They said she had marks amd evidence of abuse... my ex husband would abuse me, steal my cell and my car so I couldn't call.or get away. Once he forgot to disconnect the landlines and I called for help.... I had evidence so he then scratched himself and hit his head intentionally and claimed I had done that to him and he wanted to press charges after charges were already being pressed on him. But because he had prior charges on him and he wasn't even supose to be near me and he was found with my phone and my car down the road... obviously he was lying and I am so thankful the cops recognized the difference.
She had an order and they have to go to court to prove what happened

I mean, it's pretty clear that the police believed the guy and his mom. But, because she called and reported it, they legally had to take him in. That's why they told him to bring his phone and show proof in court, so she could get rightfully punished. Just like they said, if he had reported it, she would have been arrested.

I like how that cop straight up admitted it doesn’t matter who the actual aggressor/victim is, it just matters who calls the police first. The first to call is automatically the victim from here on out
Police aren’t the ones who make the decision of whoes the victim and whoes the aggressor.....they get the call and they go and arrest who they have to arrest based on the evidence present to them. The COURTS decide whoes the aggressor and whoes not. The COURT decides who goes to jail and/or pays fines, ect.... People always like to think if you’re arrested for something you’re guilty of it. Just like a speeding ticket, you can challenge any charge. Just doesn’t help your case if you fight the police on the way to jail.
