Morgan is a Juilliard trained opera singer who worked on Broadway. She is one of the most gifted down to earth vocalist on the planet. Along with her husband, Doug Wamble, they will eventually be so much better known. Love her and what she does.
PMJ have always been great. Morgan James is a class act too, and has her own impressive catalogue since her touring days with PMJ, including albums, musical projects, online shows and dozens of covers. Worth looking into.
That's Morgan for ya, she is amazing... both as a singer and as a person, she's truly awesome. And she is criminally under-rated, not by us tho, everyone who does know who she is, is in awe of her total package. But ask 100 people if they know who Morgan James is, you'd be lucky to get 2 or 3 to say "yes i know who she is" the remaining people have no idea. And that is just criminal!! She is such a powerhouse and miles above 90% of todays famous singers.
You are right, of course! But also remember beauty is in the eye (and in this case ear) of the beholder. As you say: 90% or more of people have never heard of her; she's miles above 90% (or 100%?) of today's famous singers; but I bet 90% of the listening public would be simply unable to take in and appreciate the huge beauty of her, as you put it, "total package"!

As everyone was scrambling to go watch Haley Reinhart perform live, not only because she is the best vocalist by far to have ever performed with PMJ but also because her performance skills are all off the charts as well.
