The limelight gala has a 32mm imprint with its metal weighing in at 43.1g.
The thickness is barely 10mm for a nice and delicate proportion. It also has this lovely curving lugs that’s very comfortable for many wrists.
There is no shortage of luxurious materials here! The case is made of 18 karat white gold, the strap is made from genuine alligator leather and sapphire crystals both at the front and back.
This is powered by a Piaget manufacture movement that has 40 hours of power reserve, 4hz high beat frequency and finished to with splendid cote di Genev patterns.
And then the piece de resistance is the stream of diamonds that forms the sensual bezel and lug design.

You know a design is timeless when there is an overwhelming demand to create or build upon the signature of the product.
The limelight design has been around since the 1970s and has more than endured but flourished though the years.
Even though it’s a 32mm watch, it’s voluptuous curves nicely spreads itself out even on 6inch wrists. It’s extending lugs helps with its unfurling nature.
It’s diamond studded watch but never forgets to be a timepiece. It’s a simple pull of the crown and timesetting is available. Once set, the crown sits flush to the case keeping its elegant curves.

It’s a stunning piece already that’s meant to inspire awe from every onlooker. But under magnification, the beauty further unravels with various gem setting techniques only Piaget could deliver.
The buckle is intricately decorated with channel set diamonds.
The sides of the white gold case is thoughtfully decorated to draw your eyes up to all the diamonds around the dial.
Theres 42 brilliant cut diamonds on this case with a collective 4.74 carats. No two Limelight gala is the same with its diamonds being produced and hand cut by piagets artisans.
These diamonds are meticulously cut and sized to produce this mesmerizing swirling pattern that runs around the case and finishes to asymmetrical lugs.
The dial is also a spectacle that you cannot miss with the iridescent mother-of-pearl emanating it’s soft radiance over the diamond set indexes.
