Change of Diet and less chemicals conc cut changed everything for me... u do not hv to bath with soap always especially if u just at home, soaps are stripping period, my skin is so much better. If u took a soap bath the night before you dnt hv to use soap in the morning wen u live just a bit in the areas of hight conc... only oral hygiene can never be skipped. Yoni steaming helped alot n using organic pads aswell... n wen at home take those undies off period let your female garden breathe. Love love the vid👌👌

Get panty liners that aren't scented. And make sure to at least change your panty liner 3 times a day. Scented panty liners have a tendency to mess with your ph down there

I have 3 tablespoons of plain yoghurt every morning, then a glass of cranberry juice before even eating my breakfast. What I did not know was the urinating after sex tip... I will surely do that from now on, after sex I must go pee......
