Write over LIVE video with (iPad/tablet/PC/Mac/Linux) on (Zoom/Teams/Meet) for Online Teaching

If you want to use your iPad or any other tablet to draw, write, or annotate on top of your videos, live, without having to pay for special hardware or software, this is the easiest way to do it.
Open Microsoft Whiteboard on your iPad and your computer at the same time, and use OBS window capture to screencast the Whiteboard. Use a Color Key to key out the background, so you can see the video behind.
