    A gym is never complete without the dog around! Every gym needs a dog!

      Right! He doesn’t like to sit still too often. 😂

    Get out of the way your dog is trying to make a video

      I shoot all my videos one take and unscripted. It’s not powerful stuff here. I rate my production between a high school film project and family vacation shot on a Sony cam with tapes!😂

    I stated a home gym this year. I haven’t cleaned any equipment because I didn’t know what to use. Great video! Great channel.

      Glad it helped! I see people suggesting the wrong cleaners frequently but I’m far the original on this cleaning regime! Cheers!

    Can you please review the Titan Series attachments the roller cups/spotter arms.
    I have the rep pr5000. You hear people talk about the compatibility but not many videos.

      I will certainly do that for you. I get that question A LOT too. What fits what Rogue vs import racks like Rep and Titan. Thanks for watching!

    Quick question, what cleaner did you use before that caused issues to your equipment? Thank you hope you have a great day

      don't use any cleaners with acid caustic ingredients. Simple Green would be an example

    Very helpful. Would you consider doing another one of these with demonstration? I always end up with streaks on the mirrors, dust, etc and I would love to see how all of this works!

    If a neutral ph cleaner is best, would dish soap with water work?

    • @MacStrengthCo
      @MacStrengthCo  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      dish soap would work good too. Just need to rinse it.
